  Not a practical bank for those needing tellers. I’m a business manager and need to make deposits without the use of an ATM. There’s always a very long wait because there’s only one window. This bank is more “digital” forward and always try to push the use of ATMs. The design is absolutely beautiful for a bank though. Just wish they had more tellers for transactions.

  Terrible experience. Not helpful at all . I went there to speak with a representative of the bank about my credit card question and they told me they don’t have access to my credit card because their system don’t give them rights only to the representatives on the phone , who only deal with credit card .They put me in a room and dialed the same number I dialed before to speak with person on the phone . I already did this before I wanted to speak with actual person regarding my issue, which was credit card charge of interest in April 18 for a month of February when I had 0 interest of the month of February because of a promotion . They also were not helpful to answer my question at all. Explained to me that they will call me on the phone , because they don’t have the right to send emails to a customer and answer their questions .I missed their call because I was at work that day and I keep calling them on the phone for a few days and they do not pick up the phone in that bank at all, it is so hard to get in touch with them . I went back to the bank in person in Saturday and there were new people bringing me again through the same phone experience in a room as the last time . Honestly after this experience I am considering changing banks. Bank of America do not look for the best interest of their customers , they just keep adding additional fees in order to take money and can’t even explain why they did it when I went to them with a question .They just told me you have to pay because we said so .

  I had a good experience at this bank in the past. However this weekend it was closed for a film shoot and they did not allow any access to the ATM’s (which are meant to be open 24 hrs). The nearest BOA ATM from here is almost a mile walk. The film people were quite rude as well.

  Very slow service and only one window for deposits and withdrawals. Surprising they would have such poor/slow service in a nice new location.

  This location is COMPLETELY IRRESPONSIBLE. Their Customer service is absolutely horrible, they do not pay attention to the documents that are being provided for a deposit. They are a very quiet business, barely anyone is at this location and yet they still placed my money into the wrong account. Noone there is doing their job correctly they must fire all of their staff and have every employee go through a complete training.

  The space is beautiful for a bank. There are cash machines that have a separate entrance and each time I've been, the gate between the machines and the bank itself have been closed off, which does not feel welcoming. Inside the bank there is one small bank teller inside the bank hiding behind a wall, which you can approach after permission from the attendant. At this location the attendant was pretentious and even a bit rude. The other staff was nice and friendly.

  This branch is absolutely stunning. The staff was highly knowledgeable and quick to help me. A special thank you to Aleksandra and Eka who took ownership from start to finish & helped me every step along the way. Clean & beautiful location, I’ll recommend it to all my colleagues and friends!

  To start off, the bank is absolutely gorgeous! It does not even look like a bank, I thought I transported to a hotel. The staff was amazing and attentive. The gentlemen that helped me answered all my questions and was very kind. I was in and out very quickly.

  beautiful branch but they don't have a teller...so not small business friendly
