  I wish I could give Peter Costakos & Stacey Napolitano 10 stars !! Working with Peter was a delight . After a turbulent few months with another bank , a 20 minute conversation with Peter brought hope to my dismal situation . The best decision I ever made was to change tracks midstream and put my faith in Mortgage Masters . Peter saved my deal and both him and Stacey worked at a supersonic speed to get my mortgage and get me to closing in a matter of 3 weeks !!!! These guys are the most organized and professional staff I've ever met . You will not be disappointed with their services .

  If you are shopping for a mortgage lender, do yourself a favor and contact Eric Busuttil at CrossCountry Mortgage! (If you want to know a few of many reasons as to why he is awesome, please read below) Without a doubt, Eric will work tirelessly to reach your goal. He is truly a hero in my book! After having a terrible experience with a different lender, I was a total nervous wreck when I got to know Eric. However, it took only about 5 minutes during our initial conversation for me to realize that I can wholeheartedly trust and count on Eric. Eric is very thorough when it comes to reviewing documents and discussing intricate details. He genuinely cares about his clients, so it comes naturally to connect with him. While I know I am not the biggest fish in the pond, Eric never rushed me. Since my husband is self-employed, our situation was a bit complicated than normal, yet Eric was there with me every step of the way. Eric and his team went way above and far beyond their duties to make sure I not only got my house in Staten Island, but that I had an amazing experience. I am forever grateful for Eric and his team for helping us achieve our American Dream! I highly recommend Eric and his team!

  Mike and his team from Cross Country Mortgage are very Professional, Patient and they go over and beyond whatever they have to do to get the job Done. I just did a Re Finance with Mike and his team. I am also a Real Estate Broker and I Highly Recommend Mike. If you need to get Pre Approved or want to Refinance Mike is your guy.   I've worked with Peter Lucia on multiple new purchases and refinancings over the years, and he always had the lowest rate, and went the extra mile to make sure he found the product that worked best for me. Where other originators will just quote their rate sheet, Peter puts in the work to find the best product for each situation. The process was always smooth, simple and efficient.   Lisa Yountchi at CrossCountry Mortgage is THE BEST!!! I didn’t know anything about purchasing a property and Lisa explained every step along the way. Lisa was able to get me a great rate. She was always willing and able to answer every question I had and, trust me there were a lot of questions.   Cross Country Mortgage was an asset to have while applying for a home refinance. The customer service was extraordinary and the application process was straight forward, fast and easy thanks to my loan officer Bilal Faiz. Bilal and his team are extremely professional and made sure my paper work was squared away in a timely matter. He was always quick to respond to any concerns I may have had and made it comfortable to take out a loan. I was able to take out a loan for my first home purchase with The company and I look forward to use them in future investments. I would highly recommend anyone to use CrossCountry Mortgage.
