  I recently bought a house and worked with Peter Karlin at CrossCountry Mortgage. This is my first purchase so I had absolutely no idea what to expect. I feel so fortunate that I was introduced to Peter about a year before I purchased this house. When I met him and found out he worked for a mortgage lending company, I knew immediately that I would hire Peter to secure a mortgage. Not only is he and his team knowlegeable and trust worthy, but they are also kind, extremely positive and such a pleasure to talk to. Getting a mortgage is not a fun process, however Peter, some how made it fun. Beyond the personality, his wealth of experience, commitment, dedication and expertise in the field, gave me confidence that I was in good hands. If you are looking for a mortgage loan officer look no further!

  We cannot speak enough praises about Peter and his team. We recently purchased out first home and this process could not be handled by a more determined team. There were multiple times when it seemed like it might not happen but Peter was adamant and followed through to get us the best rates. We had constant support and communication to understand what we were working towards. A special shout-out to Mayer and Saad for always being available to answer our many questions. With Peter, you're sure to be in good hands.

  Peter and his team Saad and Mayer went above and beyond to make buying our first home an incredibly easy and straightforward process. They were on top of all emails and quick to respond if I ever had any questions, I will Recommend Peter and his Team to my family and friend if they need financing or refinancing and I will use them in the future.

  Our experience with Matthew Boxer when we were purchasing our home was wonderful! He was professional, knowledgeable and very patient with us. He made the experience less stressful and fun at times using his great sense of humor! Matthew is the one I would go to again if we were ever selling or purchasing in the future! Also the whole Fit Realty Services team Mr. Raja, Mr. Peter Karlin the best, Mr. Saad, Miss Humayra and Miss. Fatma.   Buying your first property can be a very intimidating and stressful process. It is crucial that you work with people who know what they are doing and are also patient throughout the process. Peter and his team (Saad and Mayaar) have been amazing. There was a time when I believed buying a property was not a possibility but after sitting with Peter and his team I was happily proven wrong. The man knows what he is doing! Trust me! He will exhaust all the possibilities to make a deal happen. He and his team have been nothing but kind to me.   Peter is so wonderful to work with! He recently helped my family and I finalize our home loan. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to assist. My favorite thing about him was how friendly and easy going he was. This was our first mortgage and I had countless questions. He never made me feel silly for asking questions and always guided me through the process. Throughout the process he was very supportive, attentive, and always considerate of our needs. I am so grateful to have worked with Peter, and I don't think I would have been able to figure it out on my own without him. I would recommend Peter in a heartbeat.   Peter and his team were amazing and they worked diligently to get my loan finalized. One thing I really like about Peter is the fact that he always finds time to explain all the details to me every step of the way.
