  We started a process to get a mortgage with FM Home Loans, they took less that 45 days for closing. We was working with an agent, Steve Gottesman who is very professional and tells you what exactly have to do , including how to improve your credit score. That man doesn't let you to speak 😄 but he really does his job very well. Thank you a lot.

  I have worked with FM Home Loans twice (a refinance and a purchase). They are friendly, organized and quick! They made the process clear and pain free for me both times. And the rates they were able to provide were better than I could find elsewhere. I highly recommend them!

  Nathan and his team were excellent throughout the whole process. For a mortgage application, you want people on top of your records and finances and FM was diligent in requesting everything from us. The last thing we wanted was a delay because of paperwork but with Nathan we never had to worry.

  Chesky was wonderful to work with during that can be a stressful time. He was always available to chat, laid everything out and easy to understand terms, and was very communicative.   For the most part, ascertaining a mortgage can be a very difficult and overwhelming process. This was not my first first time obtaining a mortgage. However this was the best experienced I had getting a mortgage due to the professionalism, interests, and dedication of the staff. Specifically Nathan and Hannah , they were very diligent, patient and thorough with guiding me through the process.If there was a model for how to help people with the process of ascertaining a mortgage, this company is the best model. For example, I had questions about the mortgage, the rate, and the various closing cost fees each and every last one of those details was explained to me with very specific and clear details. This is what makes this particular company outstanding

  Chesky was the right person for these times of fears and uncertainties. He already came highly recommended, he is knowledgeable, smart and experienced. He and Hannah, his assistance, had endless patience to walk me through the process step by step, they were always available and exceeded all my expectations. I signed a contract in December of 2019, I was scheduled to close sometimes in March/April of 2020, needless to say that I was overwhelmed, scared with the breakout of the COVID-19. I was surrounded by professionals that were overwhelmed as well, my lawyers (I wish I could have a similar experience), real estate agents (I can't thank enough to one of them as well), the sellers and their agents. Everyone wanted the deal to go through, obviously. But Chesky kept his professionalism and calmness and always cared for my interests, he noted the details (that my lawyers missed) and he saved me a lot money, he was the right person at this time of crisis. I wish him all the best, and I can't thank him enough.

  Nathan, Hannah and Sara (insurance company) were easy to work with. Although you have to submit a lot of paperwork and time, they made the process as efficient as possible. At times, when we reached our wits end, they provided a calm presence and information that helped us reach a successful end. I would definitely work with them again and recommend them. Thank you.
