  I stumbled upon Scott Capital through Yelp of all places, early last year when a friend of mine needed to refinance his mortgage and asked me to help him find the best way to do that. Scott Valins and I spoke and he was so personable, incredibly knowledgeable about his business, completely professional and thorough. He & his team made the entire process simple and completely transparent using secure technology, for uploading and tracking documents etc. Scott's staff, particularly Cora who was my point person, are very responsive, friendly and professional. I had such a great experience helping my friend with his refi, that I went ahead and did my own refinance with them. A second perfect experience. Now am heading into getting HELOC with their help :) So evidently I like them and respect their work. I fully recommend Scott Capital. Thank you Scott Capital for your expertise and guidance.   Scott and his team assisted me with my home purchase in June 2019 and again with my refi in July 2020. I cannot say enough about his professionalism, availability, rapid response time and subject matter expertise. Without hesitation he takes the time to answer every question (and there was no shortage of questions from me!) and willingly spends additional time explaining the rationale behind each recommendation. I trust him completely to guide me in the right direction. A quick, painless process. I’ve recommended 2 family members to Scott and will continue to do so because I know the level of service they will receive is second to none!

  Best mortgage broker in the industry!! They have a very simple to use website for documentation uploads. As advertised, they were able to close my refinance much quicker than the big banks. The rates were quite competitive as they came within 1st and 2nd place relative to other big lenders. Scott and Cora were both so easy to work with and efficient too but in a very friendly manner. They were awesome!!! I highly recommend getting your mortgage and refinance with this company.

  Scott Valins has helped me to buy my dream house. I am self-employed so it was not a simple process, but he figured out very quickly how to help me better. He and his team were amazing, very patient and always very professional and responsive. Scott was knowledgeable and thoughtful. My experience was so good that in two years I went through 3 real estate transactions with Scott: I bought my house, re-finance the house after one year and I purchased an investment property.   So just finished the refi process with the go rascal team Tom Watters and jacob and Natalie did an amazing job of getting me through the process and saving me a ton of money.. I give this company 5 stars for service and support. Would recommend anyone to these guys.

  These guys are fantastic! I did a cash out refinance on a fairly large mortgage in New York City. They were able to get me a very good rate and also minimize the frequent tax pitfalls involved in a NY refi. They obviously know the market very well. I live in Hawaii, and because of the pandemic could not travel to NY. We did the whole deal remotely without a single hiccup. They are incredibly responsive, answering my (sometimes dumb) questions quickly and helpfully. I worked with several folks in the firm at different stages and it was clear that they were coordinating very well, since I never had to explain anything more than once. Everything is backed by a solid work flow management software that makes progress easy to track and documents very easy to access. All-in-all a very pleasant experience, and this is coming from someone who'd usually prefer a root canal over applying for a mortgage. Highly, highly recommended.

  They were Amazing! I needed my VA cert back for a new build and needed to refinance out of my investment property ASAP. Scott Capital Group really took care of me, especially Jonathan Esposito! There's a 6 hr time difference and he did not disappoint, even though I tried to rush him. He produced a miracle! Thank you so much!
