Charles Odle1B of A in MN is awful.. I still haven't had a good experience at a single location in this state. They should just close up shop. Avoid this bank like the plague.

Abdulhakim Jeylan1Unreliable service Went in to do simple wire transfer got refused service twice because I’ve no appointments well I’m not trying to plan a vacation I’m trying to do business I almost lost equipment because of them for simple service that doesn’t take 10 min. Go to other location if you need to be served as costumer.

Kash Hazel My Life1They are the slowest people I have ever seen work at a bank. They move on there time and some times you have to sent someone back to get someone to help. They complained about bring my ones cashing them in and they like to take brakes in between customers that they have waiting for 30mins and more I dont like the workers here and I think they need a new fast working respectful team.

Emmanuel Ward1I went to the BofA in Woodbury and I couldn't deposit cash into my account using the drive thru ATM. I stopped by this BofA early in the morning and tried using the ATM. But both ATM machines were out of service. BofA banks here in Minnesota are useless and outdated. They don't even have proper banking hours, they close at 4pm. And their ATM machines rarely work properly

Business Only1Went into the bank no one assisted me. Got up to the service counter 20 minutes later and the cash advance machine was broken. Asked for someone to assist with card replacement. Ms Flores asked Neelim to find someone to assist. She ignored her request. AFTER I withdrew money from ATM and deposited it into the account, Neelim acted real agitated that I asked Ms. Flores AGAIN to have someone help me with card replacement. Neelim’s response to me was not an introduction or greeting but “well your gonna have to wait because you don’t have an appointment.” To which I responded “ well if anyone had greeted me and asked me what I needed you would have known 30 minutes ago, not to mention Ms Flores already asked you 10 minutes ago to find someone to do it. To which Ms. Keelim got smart “ well if it’s any of your concern”…… “Do not get smart with me” I said disgusted and over the normal tone of our conversation (after all I’m from Minnesota)!!! That’s it she said, now I not gonna help you at all…I went to the counter and asked to close my account instead of leaving as she requested…her response was to call for security to have me removed. I wonder why she felt so confident about treating me that way…. And calling the police???????? Well I am thanks full for the experience….I was planning on transferring all my money to BoA…But all things work for the good!!! Keep your money safe and away from Bo A…. It is a $12 lesson I appreciate (the money I spent to put money into the bank- which “customer service” did not give back)!!!!!!
