  Waited almost 40mins for a clerk. Was only one working behind the desk and she was busy with one customer.

  Bankers are so awesome and friendly here. They're super helpful too. I love this location! The building is super nice too and they always have security, so I feel really safe. Plus, there's a Starbucks a block away, and nothing goes better with putting money in my bank account than a venti coconut milk no water chai. :)

  Just walked out of the associated bank on Snelling in St. Paul . I had been planning on changing banks from WF due to the scandal. I was going to start a checking account to dip my toe in the water with this bank to see how I like it. I was going to deposit a BIG check. I was greeted by the delightful security guard (who doesn't even work there) . I put my name down and waited, and waited, and waited. I finally went back to the sign in desk and watched as a two bankers walked by me without even acknowledging my presence, one of whom was a female with a manager sign on the front of her office door (directly in front of the desk). The helpful security guard encouraged me to stay but I finally scratched my name off the list and said that I was not comfortable entrusting my money there and walked out. I've frankly never seen anything like it...

  Been here 8 years. Sad I'm moving because this bank is great! Everyone greets me by name at two branches I go to the most. Very helpful!

  Nice branch location. Conveniently located off Hwy 94 & Snelling. Clean establishment. Friendly and helpful staff. Drive-through and ATM options available as well. Free parking.

  Major communication problems. I've been waiting for account cards and account info for over 4 months. Not a great way to welcome a new client. There is a reason the reviews are so mixed.

  Some guy wanted to dip his toes in the water, and pollute it. Glad he left. There are other banks more suitable for snobs.

  There are better banks , too big and commercial ( not personal at all ). I've been with this location through all the changes, since 1982

  I told an Associated Bank customer service member my problem and he offered to do what was best for me. I will trust them with all my banking needs.

  Excellent customer service. I switched from TCF and it's a night and day difference. I love banking here.
