  Marcus was amazing to work with! He did a great job helping me through the first time home buyer process. Weekly calls to make sure we were always up to date and I always felt comfortable just shooting a text if I ever had any questions. Very down to earth and easy to talk to. Highly recommend!!

  I cannot say enough positive things about Tim, Genny, Mike, and team. To start, I needed to put in an offer in on a cabin very quickly and foolishly had waited a bit long for a pre-approval. A friend recommended Tim to me. Tim graciously picked up a call on a cold call Sunday afternoon, and had a preapproval ready for me within a day. I am also first time home buyer - and Tim and team always were available to walk through terms and picky/newbie questions I had regarding the lending process. Tim and team really care about your whole buying process, and happily/patiently worked with my agent/title company in a very remote town in Minnesota. There were large backups on multiple fronts of the process due to COVID and a influx of purchases going through the market, yet the team was able to frantically work at times to keep my close date firm. I look forward to continuing to work with Tim/team down the road on any future purchases.

  Tim, Genny, and Mike were all so helpful to my wife and I throughout our recent refinance process. We refinanced both our primary residence and a rental property at the same time during the early stages of this whole COVID thing. With so much uncertainty in the world during that time, it was comforting having Tim and his team on our side, ensuring everything closed, and securing us as much cash as possible. I would recommend Tim to anyone looking to buy or refinance a home or rental property! Update, they helped us AGAIN on the purchase of a rental property up in Duluth.

  Simply put: Charles is brilliant. I think he crunches numbers and financing scenarios in his brain for fun. Everyone in Charles' team at iLoan was helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Charles was able to get us a 20-year mortgage with a lower interest rate matching the monthly payment we were quoted from our bank for a 30-year mortgage. He walked us through the details of the financing for our house, answered our numerous questions, and explained the details behind how aspects of the financing work. In addition to all of this, he has a good sense of humor and is pleasant to work with -- which is important when dealing with money. (And especially important when dealing with mortgages and interest rates.) I highly recommend him to anyone who is mortgage shopping!

  I can't say enough great things about Charles Dailey and his team. Charles knows his industry inside and out and WILL get you the best deal and make it happen. The whole process was wonderfully facilitated and easy to maneuver from start to finish. Charles and his team are incredibly responsive and will get back to you with the information and answers you need immediately. Bring your unique history, credit issues, or non-traditional mortgage and ask for Charles. He loves a challenge and will be able to work it out for you. No mortgage is too small or to big and you will be given the attention you deserve. Wonderful experience.

  We are so satisfied with the quality of service provided by Charles and the depth of his knowledge in the mortgage industry. We thought we could only qualify for a FHA loan, and he showed us not only a variety of ways in which we could pursue a conventional mortgage, but also how to keep PMI costs low and still obtain the house of our dreams. I especially appreciate the time he took when meeting us to fully explain our different loan options, and what different loan packages meant for both our monthly payment and our long-term financial forecast. He did not hesitate to contact us multiple times to follow up with additional information- even after business hours- to let us know if interest rates dropped and the market conditions were most favorable to us. It is easy to see that Charles immensely enjoys his job, both in his passion for the industry and the genuine care he took in guiding us through the entire process. Charles came highly recommended from a trusted friend; he easily surpassed even our highest expectations. For our first-time home buying experience, I could not have asked for anyone better than Charles.
