  We were to purchase our first house in Tampa, FL and interviewed many mortgage brokers and lenders. Greg's team stood out since he clearly explained the process and what he could achieve based on his experience. My case was tough, but his team stayed on top throughout the process and finally delivered a satisfying outcome with even moving up the closing date. The process that could have been stressful and easily went wrong went very smooth for Greg's team's responsiveness and professionalism. I am already planning to work with his team for another deal. I would highly recommend his team.

  Highly recommend! My cousin actually referred me to Greg and said that he went above and beyond with his closing so I decided to give Greg a call. Greg answered immediately and it was in that initial phone call that he proved to be very nice and full of information. Needless to say I decided to go ahead and take my chances. From start to finish Greg Bozek and his team were pleasant to work with, always very helpful, informative and quick to respond. They assisted me with a refinance and are also handling the closing on our new home. On a more personal note, I feel I also need to mention this because you don't get to work with too many kindhearted and genuinely caring people these days; while I was experiencing a bit of a family crisis at home, I felt comfortable enough to open up to Greg about it and he continued to offer his advice and guidance, he was understanding, empathetic and helpful in any way that he could. We will certainly use him again for any of our future real estate transactions. thank you again!

  Searching for a home and a home loan can be challenging and overwhelming. Greg and Azulow provided a service compared to no other. Initially, I was contacted by several brokers and lenders competing for my business. When I reached out to Greg, he explained that his goal was to ensure I had the best experience buying a home, whether I chose to work with him or not. The sincerity and honesty that he presented prior to me becoming a client were genuine and sincere. During the process of finding a lender to fund my loan, Greg provided direction and incite. Greg's tenacity and persistence aided me in getting a lower rate even though another company already approved me. The communication was above exceptional; by chance, if I call and he could not answer, Greg would text me to acknowledge my call and then call back within minutes. Other lenders told me that jumbo loans(which I received) were loans that most brokers couldn't close. Greg made the process seamless from his end. Even though there were things out of his control, he maintained his professionalism and assured me that this process was about me as a client. Greg ALWAYS had my best interest in the forefront. When faced with challenges from others, Greg always maintains his composure, and in all honesty, my experience with Greg taught me how to respond when meeting difficult people. Greg provided positive energy and support through the funding process, maintaining transparency throughout. During this process, I was told by another broker I should come with his company because the company volume of business was larger. I explained that Greg was the only broker who picked up my call every time I called and treated me as if I was the only client he had, even though he has a booming business with many clients. The service, communication, dedication, honesty, and transparency presented were nothing short of fantastic. I could go on and on about my great experience; however, I want people to read this and not think it's too lengthy. If you are looking for funding for your home Azulow and Greg will provide 200 percent every day. If it does not work out, it will not be because Greg was not knowledgeable or didn't give his best effort. Thank you, Greg and Azulow, for your help with my Super Jumbo Loan. Lace

  I worked with Greg Bozek to get a loan for my first time buying a house and he was incredible! I had no idea what I was doing and he took the time to explain everything to me in terms that made sense. He was always available to call on his cell phone and told me to call him whenever I needed to. He worked hard to get me a low interest rate with low money down for my mortgage loan, which is exactly what every home buyer wants. I felt as though he really had my best interest in mind. I highly recommend Greg for anyone looking to get a mortgage loan!

  I was contacted by Greg regarding my mortgage and lowering my interest rate. He gave me a very competitive quotation, explained the process thoroughly and answered all of my questions in a professional and timely manner.   Our eternal gratitude and admiration go to the outstanding Azulow team - and in particular to Greg Bozek, our mortgage broker, for achieving, in an exemplary display of professionalism and diligence, our long-time dream of owning our first home.
