K.D. Martindale5New to the state of Florida. I've had 3 recent in person visits to this branch. My initial and second visits were with the Branch Manager, he was very helpful in providing me the information I needed to move forward. My most current visit was with Personal Banker J*****, HE WAS AWESOME! He helped me open multiple accounts. He was very great with setting up my face recognition on my mobile device. He helped set up the mobile app and notification settings. He helped with getting the correct paperwork to provide to my employer. He set up my alerts, he made sure that my mobile check deposit worked. They even provided me with a temporary cart to make atm withdraws. All in all I had a good experience. I'm proud to call this my home branch!

Lance Ross1Don't go here. Went on my lunch break to make a deposit which went fine. Needed to talk to a banker about closing one of my checking accounts and getting money off of a 360 card ( which you can only do in a branch). I was the only customer in the place and the teller asked David if he could help me. He kind of said yes but then said in a minute. No problem, went and took a seat to wait even though other bankers were also available it seemed and not 10 minutes before they were all joking about the snacks they had stolen from each other so didn't seem all that busy. Waited about 5 mins and then heard David leaving a voicemail to a customer regarding a promotion they have going on. Seriously? I've been with 5/3 a long time but this may be the nail in the coffin. How do you leave a customer sitting in your lobby while you make a call that clearly could have waited?

Dan Fischer1Terrible customer service, terrible response to the PPP Program. Completely dropped the ball. Many small businesses will be failing because of Fifth Thirds incompetence. Why would you only allow applications to be completed over the phone, but not give anyone a phone number to call? I have yet to receive a call more than 6 days after completing the "pre-application". Supposedly you are completely overwhelmed by this new process and the number of inquiries. Then wouldn't it make sense to allow your customers to complete the SIMPLE AND EASY documents by themselves and submit to you electronically? Neither big enough to be competent, nor small enough to give you the service of a local community bank.

O An1They tried to kill me!!!! So customer service is in the Philippines and they do not care. Imagine your card is stolen or someone uses it illegally or a person charges you the wrong amount. You want them to block the transfer. They won't do that and they just don't care. I was charged $1462.00 instead of $146.20. Maybe a wrong entry from the cashier: a mistake. So I had $1300 in the bank until pay day. What do you think happens? No they told me they had to wait until it was pending so I lost my new job and I lost everything because of them. They even reversed the transaction but it didn't matter I didn't get to work the next day and I lost my job because I was still in the probationary period. I hate Fifth Third Bank. It gets much worse: The woman who refused to help me, I told her "Thanks for not caring about anyone but yourself, I mean why would you?" I get the money back having to return home having lost my job and then I find out that the woman froze my account and my card so I was on the street until the next business day when I was able to get the money from the teller who didn't care at all and told me my story was a waste of time in order to go back to my mother's house. I hate this bank it's people: DO NOT USE THIS BANK. IGNORE THEIR RESPONSE BELLOW: I already called them.

A SW1The atm machine took my debit card on a Sunday. Luckily, I have other bank accounts and credit cards, but that’s so inconvenient and really makes me reconsider keeping any money here.

King Haar1Worst customer service ever from Ms. Sushma. Not to sure if that is spelled right. She has no right deling with customers. She refused to get up and go get the branch manager wants to hand me a paper with fees on it thinking im dumb and won't read it. I am reporting this branch to BBB. This is ridiculous the rudeness. I didn't even get a hello walking into the bank. Just here Next and have to figure out who speaking.

Dana Engleman1They need to either hire more staff or just close this branch down,. Should not take 10 to 15 minutes to cash a 5/3 check! One teller for lobby and drive thru is crazy!

Rob1Nice people, but terrible bank. I can't access my account online or thru the app. "Security reasons" , customer service could not help though I made several calls to them.
