  For the past year and a half, I have been trying to purchase my first home. I started working with Excel Mortgage and Armando in late 2019. There were a lot of challenges I needed to overcome in order to purchase my home. With his guidance I closed on my first home last month.   The way in which I'm paid by my employer is unusual and presents problems when applying for financing. Fred reviewed my information and was confident that his firm could secure a home loan, not only did Excel get the loan done they got me into a good rate. Excel also worked with the insurance agent and saved me a bundle on the policy. The staff was professional and competent, Fred kept me informed through the entire process. This firm was referred to me by a colleague and I could not have been more satisfied, If I need another home loan or re-finance Excel will be the first one I'll call.   My wife and I recently refinanced our home with the full assistance from Excel Mortgage Inc. The entire process moved shift, and seamless, and in a very timely manner. Our Mortgage Broker, Fred Nino, was exceptional! Fred worked with us, and guided us step by step throughout the entire process. His experience, expertise, and professionalism was seen through his patience in waiting and finding the best interest rate for us, rather than try and hurry the process along. Fred was exceptionally persistent in watching and following the trends of the market, in order to anticipate locking us in at the lowest rate possible to ensure one thing, and one thing only; saving us as much as possible.
