  Customer service USED to be great here, not anymore. Very disappointed in the decline of this bank. I often get rude customer service over the phone. Had a fraudulent charge on my account. They used to handle this themselves. Now they give me a number to call which comes up as R and K Landscaping. Called the Pottstown office it came up this number is not in service. Collegeville office no answer, called numerous times. never returned my call. Time for a new bank.

  My wife and I own a small business and came to Superior asking for a loan to help further our business. Ray and Patricia worked very diligently with phenomenal customer service skills to make sure that we were able to get our loan and all this in the midst of the virus! We are very grateful to them for everything they did to help us. It is so nice to know that there are still banks out there who genuinely work for and appreciate the small businesses of the world. The entire staff is always very friendly as well. We would recommend Superior to anyone!

  I've dealt with this credit union since 1978 and they have been great to me.I've mortgaged three homes. and many vehicles they have always come through for me and have always been very kind and helpful.I wouldn't have what I do today without this credit union.

  This is the worst bank ever I had a horrible experience there! I went there to cash my pay check and the manager Holly asked to see a state ID which i don't have I'm out of state working here temporarily I replied,but I do have proper identification!! what's the problem? she asked if I was legal grab the phone to call my employer to ask them if I'm legal to work in this country. She is racist and ignorant!she asked me about my legal status just because I'm Hispanic. Horrible service!! And racist workers!!!

  This place is the one of worst credit union I have ever dealt with in my whole history of banking. Do not believe the hype! Buyer be aware.
