  I don't know where to be begin. I have been using Alexa and her team since I got into real estate 6yrs ago and have never used anyone else. She and her team are TOP NOTCH. They make my business run easier and allow me to focus on selling while they take care of all aspects of the transaction.   When we decided to buy our first house my wife and I were very nervous about who we should choose to use for our Title company. We were recommended to use Artesian Title through close friends of ours. I couldn't be more pleased about the experience. Robert and his team of attorneys made it so easy!  When we sat down everything was organized and laid out for us. He made the experience easy to understand and explained exactly what we were signing.   I have used Artesian Title several times over the last 15 years of my real estate profession -- they never have disappointed me. Over the last 90 days I employed their services for two transactions that were in the perfect location for my clients, who are used to a "face to face" closing -- even though our Covid19 distancing emphasized even more the need and ease of virtual interactions.   As a 24 yr career real estate banker, I have been fortunate to work with many title professionals. Alexa, Robert, Daniel and the rest are the cream of the crop. Many times I need to call to get a rate quote or just run a scenario past them and regardless of how busy they are, they make me feel like my deal is the most important thing there is. When we close a loan, the level of customer service they provide my clients is 1st class. Highly recommend.

  In short, Artesian Title is a no-brainer; the value you get from Alexa and her team pays their fee 10 fold.   Great service for my clients; I can't imagine doing closings anywhere else. The whole team is friendly and professional and I know I can rely on them to get the details right. Robert Patterson makes closings a pleasure, he explains the mountain of documents clearly to clients and creates a relaxed atmosphere with just the right touch of self-deprecating humor.   Artesian Title is my go to closing company. They make the process smooth and easy for my clients from start to finish and always have my client's interest in mind over their own. Often times, especially with new construction deals, I have clients want to use another Title Company because they might get a deal. I remind them that they get what they pay for and while it is their choice, I don't like unnecessary stress which is why I like Artesian Title.
