  If you're looking for a title company that goes above and beyond in every way shape and form, look no further, Compass is your title company! I've worked with almost every person in their office and I've had an excellent experience, every single time. The whole staff is so friendly and it doesn't matter if you close 1 deal with them or 100, they treat you like royalty. I wouldn't trust my clients and transaction with anyone else!

  Loved working with Jessica and the Compass group. Jessica was fantastic. We had 3 back-to-back closes, and they all went really smoothly. I met with another title company, on MacDill & Estrella, prior to meeting Jessica. Their draft settlement statements were both incorrect and incomplete. Jessica sent me the 3 draft settlement statements an hour after we first met, and they were flawless. Their work was excellent through the entire process. I almost wish I had another transaction coming up!

  This is just a great Title Company to work with! Always reliable, friendly and professional to anyone I send their way.   They handled a closing very professionally for a small office. Nice conference room with snacks and beverages! Had to wait around a little too long at the end but I think that was mostly the lender's fault.
