  From the moment we were introduced to Celia Merritt, we knew we were in good hands. When she was not available to us, her assistant Brandy was amazing. Both made it easy to understand the process and what we needed in order to get our loan started to the very end when we purchased our new home. The whole experience was amazing and we would not hesitate to use them again. Celia attended the closing and it was the first time we had a chance to meet her in person. She was gracious and kind as she was the entire time that we were her client. We could not be more grateful for Celia and Brandy!

  Working with Celia and Brandy was such a great experience. My husband and I were living in different states and trying to coordinate purchasing a home while I wasn’t there you think would have been chaotic, but not with this team. Brandy was ON. THE. BALL. And Celia made sure every “t” was crossed and “I” was dotted so we felt comfortable every step of the way. If you want streamline communication, friendly interactions, and hard workers, look no further. Highly recommend!!

  I just want to say Thank You SO much to Brandy and Celia! They helped us get our first home, it was so stressful but we made it, all thanks to them! And Brandy tysm for helping us last minute with all the craziness and IRS stress! They are a great team! Highly recommend!!!

  My family just bought a stunning home in Tampa/Land-O-Lakes, FL 34639. The process was very stressful and we thought we couldn't get a loan and get all the paperwork done on time. I had the opportunity to speak with Ashley, she is a senior lender who knows everything I could think of to make this purchase a smooth one. Pleasant in communication and very competent, which is very important in such a situation. The key is to "be transparent" and explain what you need and all your ideas. Since Ashley has been in the industry for many years, she can direct your file and make the process easy so you don't even have to think about it. In conclusion: a highly professional and sociable woman. It was a pleasure working with you. We will make it again soon. Thank you, Ashley!

  I have nothing but great things to say about Celia Merritt and Brandy Teague.They both went above and beyond for me! They were always available to talk to me during the whole loan process. Both of them have continued to help me after closing. I would recommend this awesome team to anyone! I am so thankful my realtor put me in touch with them. They made a complicated process easy! :)

  I have had the greatest experience with Ceillia Merrit and Brandy Teague her assistant worked diligently together to create a great fourth quarter run to complete the closing process, even though there was turbulence along the way they made the entire process a success and I am greatly appreciative for them both. They are definitely the Tom Brady in the fourth quarter. Outstanding job ladies!!!
