  The Howard team made the process very simple and easy. Submitting the original paperwork, answering questions, clarifying the closing fees, and working through the appraisal all were dealt with in a professional manner. The process only took about a month!

  Phenomenal attention to detail and responsiveness to our complex home closing needs. From initiation of loan through final signatures, Jon and his team of experts were engaged and helpful! He will work for the best rates and loan conditions while offering some advice along the way. It is my 5th home loan and this was clearly the most complex but Jon and team made it a relatively effortless event. If I could give an extra star I would.

  I had a real estate transaction that become complicated due to an unforeseen tropical storm. I dealt with two other mortgage companies that I wasn’t satisfied with and then I had Jonathan Howard recommended to me. I contacted Christine and explained my situation. She walked me through and how to best handle my unique situation and after applying it was turned over to Joni for processing. Joni had a weekly update on the mortgage process that involved myself, my realtor, and the closing agent. This kept everyone on the same page. My purchase contract had several deadlines that had to be met and presented a real challenge. I’m not sure that another mortgage company would of came through for me. On top of that my closing costs were substantially less than the other companies estimates. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a mortgage to contact them. Once again I thank Christine and Joni for their professionalism in handling my mortgage

  Great experience with our Refinance through Jon Howard.
