John Iacono went above and beyond to resolve a fraud issue that I’ve been dealing with for weeks. He is a great guy and reestablished my faith in TD Bank and has created a lifelong TD Bank customer.

If I could give zero stars I would; this bank is horrible!! My aunt tried to retrieve money from her account but was treated like a criminal. They said her account was closed due to an issue with fraud, took her debit card and kicked her out of the bank. The store manager and the assistant manger did not try to resolve the issue or call the fraud department. We called customer service and they told us that only the branch is able to call the fraud department to resolve the issue. How can we fix the issue when the employees refuse to do their jobs? Once we figure out the problem, we are changing banks and will not patron here again. We're extremely disappointed and upset due to the lack of professionalism and treatment with everyone at this location. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I had a horrible experience at this bank. Everyone there with the exception of the guy with the glasses in the big office was extremely unprofessional. My account was the subject of fraud and I was treated like I was a criminal or something. So I ended up having to close my account out and then I was charged $700 from some account they claimed I had in 2013 which they showed me no evidence of. Some young blond girl was extremely snotty and rude for my whole visit. Entitled millennial type. She told me she handled investments and wealth management for the bank but all she had was a Florida 215 license which is only insurance and was not Finra registered. I ended up opening account at a different local bank. These people are much more personable and are not under the extreme corporate pressure that these people making like $10 an hour with college degrees are. My advice would be not to go to this bank

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a bank. Staff was very rude and unprofessional. I was the subject of fraud and I was treated like I was actually the criminal. I ended up spending an hour there with some millennial who basically said she handled investments and wealth management.when really all she had was her life insurance Florida 215 license. Had no FINRA registrations. Extremely unprofessional. They ended up subtracting $700 from my account that I was just trying to close out and get my funds from because of the fraud. They claim that in 2013 there was a balance on one of my accounts but they could show me no evidence. This blonde girl, you know the entitled millennial type, was extremely rude and unhelpful. I ended up going to a local bank and opening account. I highly recommend it. These the big banks that hire people with college degrees and pay them $10 an hour Have a lot of pressure and frustration. Their misery is passed off to their customers. I’m pretty sure they keep erasing my reviews because theyre embarrassed.

I got approved for $50k business line of credit. The associate mentioned something about payments being automatically taken out of my account. Refused to explain how that works. We can talk about it at closing. Refused to tell me what the interest rate was. On the day of closing he called me 2 hours beforehand to let me know that my business partner needed to be there. News to me. He wasn't required to be there the previous week when I signed paperwork. No mention of this in email or phone when appointment was set. I asked why he didn't tell me this last week. He pushed his mistake onto me telling me that I should have known. THAT is so insulting and unprofessional. Avoid.

I am moving internationally and needed help getting a credit card before I left. Bradley was so helpful and stayed late after the bank was closed to help me figure out how to get the card shipped to me. Every time I visit this branch I am impressed by their customer service. They will always go out of their way to help you.

Rudest employee I've ever encountered. By far the least helpful, and refused to give me my check when every single other TD had no problem too. I have proof from other TD's. The worst part is she wasn't even just rude to me, she was beyond rude to the person in front of me as well. She gives the bank an awful name. You don't treat your customers like that

Horrible experiences with staff and management. Extremely stereotypical . Refuse to help and move extremely slowly when helping. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone.

Great bank, great hours, awesome staff. I highly recommend that you at least give them a try if you are shopping for a new bank.
