  I went in to look at jewelry. There were a few pieces I was interested in. The two ladies working were too busy talking to friends that they didn't even acknowledge I was there waiting. I was not even greeted. I waited 15 plus minutes. Don't go there unless you're friends with someone that works there.

  I have been going to this pawn shop for about a year now. I have always been treated well and have always been able to land on a fair deal. This is one of the few honest and fair pawn shops I have been in. Chris (Spelling) has been a joy to work with; she has given me some smoking good deals. I have purchased quite a few items, most recently a lawn mower, and will continue to do so.

  Place is phenomenal. Great products for great prices. The staff is informative and caring. Very reasonable people. Arrowhead is my first choice when looking to do business. They are more than willing to help in any way they can.

  Bought a used Harbour Freight Welder for $20more then Harbour Freight sells them New , then get around to my project a month later and It Doesn't Even Work!!! Very very unsatisfied and I take partial blame for Not putting more effort and time into buying and shopping for a welder. But I still feel like they ripped Me and I wouldnt ever go back & I shouldve stayed with my regular pawn shop . If Loyalty & Service , Good working Items at a fair price is what your after? Then Don't Go to Narrowhead Pawn. They suck.

  Bad Bad Bad Bad Me and my husband have been doing business with Arrowhead Pawn since we have moved to the Davis county area 4 years ago. I have pawned some items there when times got rough. I bought an Xbox 360 from them a couple of weeks ago right before closing, and the woman associate told me if I got it home and had any issues, I could bring it back and exchangr. Well I got it home and it would work for a minute then shut off. I did as the associate told me to do, and brought it back for exchange. This time I dealt with an older man, I believe he is the owner. He exchanged mine for another. It was never turned on to check to see if it was in working condition. He treated us like we had broken it, and we were trying to pull a fast one. So I get home and get it set up, put the disc in and it would read it but not play the game. So O went back to exchange for a different one I live in Ogden now so it is not like it is right down the street from me. I go to the counter to explain what was happening and the old man cut me off and started screaming at me. There was a store full of people there and it was quite humiliating. He told me I broke the last one and I had broken this one too. He said how much did you pay for it? I told him I paid 60 for it. He took 60 bucks and threw it at me. Told me to get out of his store and never come back. I have never in my life been so upset from a place of business and I have never been treated so poorly. I couldn't help but cry when I was leaving the store. I will never go to this business again and I recommend you not going either, unless you feel like walking out of there feeling like you did something wrong, when in fact, you were just trying to get what you paid for. Very unprofessional service
