  I've purchased several homes in the past and this was by far the best experience I've ever had! Dana was prompt, fast, clear, professional, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. She immediately responded to any questions I had and always gave clear instructions which made this process feel very one on one and stress free.   My refinance experience was a drawn out process, not because of the business, but because of personal issues (a sticky divorce). I was given expert, personalized help over an agonizing 8 months as I tried to convince my ex to do a refinance. The help I received from Utah Mortgage Resource went above & beyond. I got speculative quotes, quotes for my ex, things way beyond what I expect from a lender. Dana was available to me for more hours of the day than anyone should be. I recommend her 100% to anyone who is considering buying, refinancing, or just needs to understand the home market better.

  First of all, there are no words than can give Dana enough justice. She is beyond knowledgeable, professional, extremely informative, trustworthy, responsive and caring. I found Dana’s business information while doing my own research when we were looking into moving from CA to UT, and never doubted her once. We had multiple tricky situations with my husbands job and Dana never failed to get us through. We have now bought two houses with her and literally could not have done so without our miracle worker Dana. She also recommended our real estate agent, Sunshine Lambert and the two together are unstoppable! Can’t recommend this dynamic duo enough! Forever thankful to have crossed paths with these two.

  My wife and I found Dana online about a year and a half ago when I was searching google to get some questions answered about buying a home. We weren’t ready to buy at the time, but Dana was so great and quick with thorough responses to all our questions that when we were in a better position to buy we contacted her again. Over the last month and a half she has made the buying process so smooth for us. We were truly only surprised by how easy the process was. We knew what was going on at every step. The best thing of all though was that even throughout her busy days, she always made us feel like we were her most important client. Dana is the best!!

  Dana is a peer in the industry and has, on several occasions, on shared her knowledge and professionalism to help me structure deals properly and understand lending guidelines that were hard to decipher.   Dana helped my family recently with a mortgage for a home purchase. She did all of the things you'd want in a broker - she was professional, honest, communicated in detail and quickly, and when there were unexpected bumps in the process caused by other third parties she walked us through solutions and ultimately helped us close quickly. We also appreciated that she helped discuss our loan options and did a great job of communicating with our Realtor. She comes with a high recommendation from me and we'd use her services again in a heartbeat the next time we need Mortgage help.

  Dana was professional and very friendly! She thoroughly answered all our questions (we had a lot of them) and was very prompt in responding. We’ve had quite the journey in our home buying process. We were having issues with lender after lender getting a loan. Dana was the difference that made it possible for us to secure a mortgage and in time for the home we were under contract with. She put our needs and goals as a priority as she was helping us meet our goals. She never gave advice that went against our financial values.
