  My wife and I just closed on our new home and Angel Oak was a dream to work with. After initially struggling with a mortgage broker who did not specialize in non-QM mortgages, I researched and found Angel Oak directly and within minutes of submitting an online inquiry was contacted by Brian Marckesano. Brian and his colleagues had us approved, through underwriting, and closed in just over three weeks. There was no time wasted, he and his team worked seamlessly with our attorney, realtor, title company and the seller's side with the utmost professionalism and efficiency.   I highly recommend Angel Oak Home Loans to anyone looking for a mortgage, especially if you are self employed. Worth Walker has been a dream to work with.   I just closed my loan through AOHL and I am very happy about how everything went. Brian Marckesano and Brittni Taylor did an excellent job of making sure things are done in a timely manner, I was kept informed of the progress several times a week, I was NOT asked for documents over and over again and I got a good rate. If you need a loan go with this company and if you want the job done ask for Brian. You won’t be disappointed.

  This was the fastest, easiest re-finance I have every experienced, Jonathan Heim made everything so easy and seamless.   I started my journey to purchase a home in June 2021, I was turned down from traditional banks due to our circumstances. I started doing research to find out if it was even possible to get a home loan, I had truly given up hope on the process. Early July, I came upon Angel Oak home loan and without any faith just applies for initial application. Next morning, Brian M. Contacted me. I told him our situation and he asked me to send me documents. I thought he would call me and tell me he wouldn’t be able to help us, to my surprise I got an email that it was possible !!!!!! The process of the loan was very smooth, Brian returned my emails right away, even on the weekends he was direct and clear as to what they needed from me! I still thought this loan can’t be possible , from the time we started the application to finding a house and closing took 1 month! I am shocked and beyond thankful to him and Nate H our loan processing officer. Nate also returned emails very quick, was extremely polite! He worked quick to get the documents to underwriting. He was determined to close on time. I would recommend this company and specifically Brian M, for home loans! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our purchasing home dream a reality !!!!!!! 5 stars all the way !

  Angel Oak is hands down one of the best out there, as this is my second time working with them. Brian Marckesano and Nate Hoffman were extremely knowledgable and helped me seamlessly refinance my investment property. I highly recommend these two individuals and want to personally thank them for helping me to swiftly refinance. I know exactly who to call when it's time to purchase or refinance another property.
