  We had such a great experience buying our first home with TruLoan. They were so patient with us and explained all of our options every step of the way. They also went above and beyond to help us close the offer. One experience that stood out was when they filmed a personalized video on a Friday evening explaining to sellers how we had the best offer and were prepared to closed asap.

  Matt is an exceptional lender. I have nothing but great things to say about him and his company. He pulled off what seemed to be impossible, and kept me informed every step of the way. He went FAR above and beyond to take care of me and my family, and GREATLY exceeded expectations. I've had good experiences and bad with other lenders, but this was an amazing experience. I'm truly grateful for Matt's service, and he sets the bar for for all other lenders. We wouldn't have gotten our current house without him picking up on a Saturday morning to get us pre-approved before a noon offer deadline. He had us pre-approved in less than 30 minutes of my call, and we were able to present the winning offer in a highly competive situation. We will be using Matt and TruLoan for all of our future real estate purchases. Over the course of our home purchase, he became a trusted advisor and is now our go-to for anything mortgage related.

  As first time home-buyers all we knew about the mortgage process was that we didn’t know much. Brenda was amazing and helped my wife and I secure a loan to get into a house we are in love with. We were thoroughly impressed by how attentive Brenda was. She spent time with us to explain pre-approval, approval, and every number we needed to know about for closing. She was available by phone and e-mail, usually responding within minutes, and constantly kept us updated. We would highly recommend her!
