  Alec and his team were extremely attentive and helpful. As a first time home buyer there was a Lot I didn't understand, but the team at Charlotte Loan Review/Rapid Mortgage were always willing to hop on a call day or night (and Even Weekends!) to explain the various parts of the process to me. They made things go so smoothly at one point I thought "what's the catch? It can't be this easy" but working with Alec, it Really Was. I highly recommend Alec and the Charlotte Loan Review team and will do so to anyone I know who's considering purchasing a home. Thank you for everything!

  I have had an amazing experience with Leigh and her team from the very beginning. As a "newbie" in the home buying arena, the team was available to guide me every step of the way! I had actually been denied for a mortgage several times before, because my ex-husband had ruined my credit. Leigh and her team were able to get me approved, and at a great rate! They even got me to the closing table 21 days after I made the offer on my home! I couldn't recommend them more!

  Matt Wise was extremely helpful and patiently answered questions while educating me throughout the process. He went beyond by taking the time after hours and on weekends to provide loan status and updates. My mortgage experience was framed by exceptional customer service from start to finish. In the financial climate of our society, it was a pleasant experience to work with a mortgage company that has associates that genuinely care about those they serve.

  As a real estate professional, I have worked with numerous loan officers, banks & mortgage companies. Leigh & her team in Charlotte are the best. They always close on time, have a wide variety loan options, and are always ready and willing to answer questions. They also have the tools to help future buyers who aren't quite ready to buy yet - they'll walk them through improving credit scores & overall financial health. I've even sent them clients where other lenders have denied the loans at the very last minute & Leigh and her team were able to save them and help the clients close in under 10 days. I can't say enough good things!!

  Leigh was super helpful and very responsive. As a first time buyer she took extra time to explain why we needed to do certain things and took extra care of us. She was able to get us closed in less than a month with no issues! I would recommend Leigh and team to anyone!

  My experience with Leigh and Ashlei was AMAZING! They were always available to answer ALL my questions, as a first-time homebuyer. The sellers wanted to close in 30 days and Leigh made that happen. I would definitely recommend Rapid Mortgage Company and make sure to ask for Leigh!
