  As many did, I refinanced my condo in 2020 and found that Casey Corn was the man for the job. Efficient and painless. Highly recommend Casey & ICG for all home lending needs. They got me the best rate by far compared to any other lender I spoke to, and guided me through the entire process.

  Cassi did a great job communicating with me throughout the loan process. She was honest and focused on creating a good experience, even though the total loan initiation to close was ridiculously long (not Cassi's fault). I highly recommend working with ICG on your next refinance.

  Mr. Cardona was my loan officer. He was very helpful, he made sure I had all the documents necessary, very transparent when it came to things that I needed to have done and the financial impact it would have on me.   We have been working with Lauren and Michele at ICG and it has been a wonderful experience so far during the process. We are about half way through and it has been an easy process.   As we have now finally closed on the refinance of our 2 homes. Ii am writing this review to reiterate how highly disappointed I am in the lack of professionalism your team showed. We spent countless hours following up with you to ensure that we could properly close on our homes. I would never recommend anyone use icg. You mislead us by indicating that the stipulations for investment properties had changed prolonging our switch to a new company for refinancing. I can’t understand why your company failed to complete this simple process when we provided everything necessary to give you our business. Your lack of effort and unwillingness to be transparent within the processing of our is discouraging for anyone unfortunate enough to be stuck working with you

Eric got me a nice low rate and was easy to work with - walking me along the process, providing easy to understand instructions and conducting follow-ups as needed.
