  This will be my fourth home purchase and third time using Brad Saarela with Andrews Realty Group and Somerset Lending Corp. I can’t stress enough the importance of hiring a professional and attentive real estate agent that knows the business – which is what I received every time when working with Brad and his amazing team. Buying a home can be stressful and yet every step of the way Brad and his team were there to ease my mind and stepped up quickly when needed. I want to emphasize team, because during the process there was a last-minute walk through scheduled and Carrie came out twice that day to ensure I could feel at ease. This is of the utmost importance in selecting a real estate agent as you can easily lose the house of your dreams without a good team behind you. I also used Brad and his team when selling my home and this was not your typically home sale as it was selling a rental that both my ex-husband and I owned. This could have been a disaster, but Brad and his team handled the situation with the utmost understanding and took the time to really listen to both of our needs and concerns. He even went out of his way to work with my renters, I could not have asked for more. I would highly recommend Brad as his negotiating skills, knowledge and professionalism are hard to find in this business and I’m so thankful to him and his team – Thank you!

  I had an outstanding experience selling an estate property through Brad Saarela and the team at Andrews Realty in Rochester, Michigan. This was a 2+ acre parcel in a unique location in Rochester Hills. I lived quite a distance from the area and needed an agent who I could trust to guide me in the process of selling this land. I chose Brad for several reasons, including his enthusiasm, his in-depth knowledge of the market in this area, and the superb on-line reviews for both Brad and his agency. Brad was skillful in identifying potential buyers and artful in negotiating a sale. Since many of the special attributes of the land were not visible from the roadway Brad arranged for drone views and included these not only on-line but also on a customized sign in the front of the property. This sign was critical in the final sale of the property. A contract was signed within 3 weeks and led to a successful sale. Brad kept in frequent contact and promptly responded to every text message and phone call I made. Brad's passion for real estate was clearly evident. I could not have asked for greater professionalism from a realtor.

  We're all busy in life; we all know that whole cliché term these days "but I'm just so busy right now". My wife and I are both working professionals with 3 boys. Having said that, generally, it's tough in life to buy a house, get a loan and lets not even get into the whole thing on finding it! That's the hardest part!!!! Then add all the regular things in your daily life of two hard-working professionals. You have to make things happen in life to achieve your dreams! The time it will take to read this review, will be the same amount of time it took us to realize now was the time. I owe it to everyone to take 15 minutes and share this experience my wife and I had with Andrews Realty Group. And hopefully, you will have the same story! So sit back, grab your beverage of choice and let me share our amazing experience!!! ARG (I'm just going to abbreviate it; it sounds cool anyway!) has been amazing and helped us find our dream home! We found it in a matter of a few days after having a talk with their team. They were very quick to send over houses, pre-approved loan and looking in a few days. They helped me do some minor credit repair things, it was just a matter of paying a few small things down to get the best market rate. They got a good feel for us and what we wanted, they really went to work on sending the right homes. This market moves quick and you need someone that can move quickly as well. If you drag your feet, then you will lose that house! I feel they acted promptly, firm, educated and knowledgeable in the negotiations. We talked to a few other realtors prior and still didn't feel convinced "now was the time" on finding our "dream home". We knew of ARG through our social circle and decided to give them a quick "market call" and see how things look. We texted them on Friday night asking about a few things. We scheduled a call the following morning. It was a no pressure type call and they didn’t make us feel like we were obligated to them or making a purchase now. We talked about trending prices in the area and they helped us determine that now was the right time. They don't advertise and get their majority of business through word of mouth and good business practices. I think that was important for us to achieve our goals, we needed someone dedicated to us and not overloaded or having big corporate bloat. This was important for us, as we felt this was our future and one of the biggest decisions we’ll ever make! We also needed that extra attention on finding the house we wanted. Since it was already a very competitive market with what we were looking for and we didn’t want to follow the trend and overpay for something if we didn’t have to. My wife and I said, "let's give them a quick talk and see what they can do". We were both kicking the tires and not sure we could get what we wanted... Prior to the call, we were little disappointed overall and had that "Maybe we should wait another year" feeling... One of the best conversations my wife and I ever had was to talk to ARG!!!! We were looking for something in the Clarkston area and off a lake. Anyone that knows that area, knows it can be tough and move fast. Stuff sells in 1-2 days and you need people with connections to get leads and move fast. You can't have some part-time B-Level realtor. You need that A+++ major league professional to be on your side! Although your results may vary, we would text our realtor at 1am and they would still respond back! So many better things to say on the purchase and we just really enjoyed working with them! It was a true pleasure! I would highly recommend the Saarela teams for buying, selling and home loan! Now that I'm mentioning loan, I almost feel like saying "what loan?!?!". Because it was truly seamless with the process, extremely easy working with them and we got the best rate! You gain a realtor for life who will be there for the life of your purchase. I truly feel we would have lost the home to another buyer if it wasn’t for ARG!
