  I would highly highly recommend Dan Litvin from Advantage Lending for all your mortgage needs. Dan is very professional, knowledgeable, and gets the job done fast! My husband and I recently moved to Michigan from Canada, with very limited US credit history and US mortgage knowledge. Despite all our doubts and questions that we had, Dan made our first home purchase happen! It was a quick and flawless process :) We are now happy homeowners! Thank you Dan for all your help!   Was referred to Dan by another local business. He answered my questions, then took my application late on a FRIDAY!!! Never thought a refi could be so quick or painless. Quick close, easy to work with, expectation were clear up front. Even office staff was easy to contact. Only issue we had was minor at my bank and mine to fix. The interest savings was HUGE. Thank you again!

  Dan worked with me on a mortgage last year and the experience was great. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions and Dan was very clear in walking me through the entire process. At the time there was a first time home buyer credit and he exhausted all his resources until he was able to find a lender that would offer it, that was a huge bonus! I would recommend Dan to anyone else looking for a mortgage based on his honesty, diligence and responsiveness.

  My wife and I just bought a house with the help of Advantage Lending. This was our first house purchase so I was extremely nervous about everything at the beginning. I called Advantage Lending because of the great reviews I read here and I could not be happier with how the whole mortgage process went. Dan and Steve both did an incredible job. They were both extremely knowledgeable about everything. Dan in particular spent over an hour on the phone with me, on 2 separate occasions, just discussing all of my mortgage options and helping to decide which would be best for my family. They detailed every step of the process very well and they were easy to get ahold of if I had any questions...all things that are invaluable when you're trying to buy a house.
