Purchased a piece of property that was being added to my existing parcel and Amy with AMS Title was absolutely the best. Very professional , explained all the details and what was the process to complete the transaction would be , she worked with the county , surveyor , all people involved to bring a difficult transaction to a remarkably easy, reliable no nonsense purchase. Nothing but professionals at this title company. Bridget and Amy always provide exactly what I need.. I’m a local Realtor and this is my go to title company. They have the cheapest rates (that I’ve found) they are very responsive, and always have the clients best interest in mind. I see a 1 star review.... but don’t let that fool you. I highly recommend!
