  Staff is friendly enough, that however does not make up for painfully slow service. I understand staffing is a problem right now but when you close your lobby and only have one drive through open how much staff could you possibly need? On top of all of it PNC is not small business friendly at all do not open an account here unless you like giving your money away and you like waiting in line.

  My bank card info was stolen so I had to cancel card and get a new one. Probably quickest bank visit ever! Linda and Jeremy were very professional and courteous. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. Friendly, professional, great service.

  Just needed to drop off a car payment, lobby was closed due to covid. I kinda get that, but when I asked if I could slide the payment through the door, I was laughed at by some chick and told no by a guy in there. The drive thru had one lane open and traffic wrapped around the building and down the street. Zero of the 4 employees sitting right next to each other were social distancing and apparently had nothing to do. Not sure why the second window couldn't be opened.

  Went inside for once. Needed extra money for 2 graduation parties. Was actually faster than the drive thru. Very nice

  Service has gone downhill since they took over NCB and added more fees. Staff are polite and do theIr job but you you have to make an appt to talk to a banker gone are the days of going to the bank to talk to someone - last time I was told it was a 6 day wait. I changed banks. It is very sterile environment now np personal touches allowed

  Waited 35 mins while bankers helped other customers that came in well after me to have a new debit card printed out.....the women that handled printing new cards walked by several times as I sat there and said it would just be a moment but then when and helped her other staff as issues came up over the 35 mins.....horrible service!!!!

  Been a customer with PNC for 16 years.. service has been down sliding last few years. Finally fed up and will take me business to competitor.
