  Staff is always friendly and helpful. I have bought many electronics (monitors, laptops and tvs) from this store and have not had any problems. If an item does not work the 30 day piece of mind policy is cheap and I have never had a problem bringing something back if it was faulty.

  Customer service is great! 10/10 would recommend as the best pawn shop around. They don’t take junk, so you know you’re buying good quality products.

  Drove in to see if they would look at at watch I was hoping they would be interested in. Ryan was the girl that helped me. She spent at least 20 minutes researched the watch. I found that quite impressive. She told me in un-filtered terms that my watch and all that came with is was "too rare" and was not fitted to go to a pawn shop. A 2100 dollar watch for only a few hundred. She was honest and I liked that. We left on good terms and did not sell the watch. She and the store were good people. Ask for Ryan, she is what I would call. "A kindred spirit".

I love this place , I love the staff .. personally Scott and Alexis are my favorites, they always come through for me when my chips are low..   Every time I go in there everyone is friendly. Scott goes out of his way to help me out whenever I need it. Prices are fair as I have bought from the store also. One nice thing is they have a lay away program on items and are super affordable. Will continue to do business with this location.

  I have always been treated well at this location, the staff have always been courteous and helpful. Do they get busy? Yeah, on payday. Plan accordingly. I have pawned several items there and always feel the offers are fair, if not, I don't pawn the item in question. Simple solution. For those that need the services that Cashland offers, I would highly recommend the Ravenna location.

  Customer service is very bias to people of color. Took a brand new wii live 2TB hard drive worth over $300 to Pawn, not sell to get money while waiting on this stimulus check and the offered me $10 for it! Cashier stated if the box had been opened or if it had been used I probably could have gotten more for it! A slap in the face... Very Insulting....!!! If they had asked me for a purchase receipt I would have provided it, but then again why should I have had to. I have pawned a lot of things there since being back home, but this one is Over The top!! When I do get My Government Money I plan to pay off everything and Never Go Back!! Guess I should have traveled to The city where there’s more of my kind.., than where I grew up at!

  The woman who sold me a laptop has no idea what she is doing. She also lied that the laptop has a camera but there wasn’t! It wasn’t that cheap too! But one has to do what he has to do when in a hurry to get a job to work from home. I ended up buying an external camera! Bad place.
