  I used to rave about how amazing this bank was. Not anymore! My account was closed without my knowledge over my savings account being $15 in the negative. I live 7.5 hours away from the closest branch and was advised the only way they could help me is if I drive there or mail in a deposit. They will not allow me to go to a shared banking location 15 mins from my house. Nor restore my app long enough to do a mobile deposit. I’ve never been so amazed by smart*** responses and the lack of effort by a team. Now I’m on the fence of whether to make the account right or walk away and say good riddance! “One of the employees said to me, “It was your choice to open account so far away from you”. Seriously, what an embarrassment to the company.

  What a Great experience I had with the BEST Credit Union Ever!! Kim Mihok was Amazing at getting the job done, highly recommend her if You want any kind of loan, & or a Credit Card as well! Thanks Again for an Amazing experience! We definitely will be doing a mortgage loan next with 717!!!!!!!

  I always enjoy dealing with Ravenna branch of 7/17 credit union, every one of employees are always so pleasant. My latest experience went very smoothly, I was buying a car and from the application process to the signing of the paperwork was a breeze. I would like to thank Kim Mihok for making this possible, it was a pleasure working with her.

  The branch was clean, the loan officer was friendly, helpful, and very nice. She was great about reviewing my proof of residency and the rep I spoke to on the phone to get the loan process started was exceptionally kind and helpful. They had great rates and I felt very valued as a (new) member.

  Chelsea, Kim and Tyler were incredible. They made the closing of my out of state car purchase a seamless process. Answering all my questions and making sure I was taken care of first and foremost. I highly recommend this credit union to anyone looking! Thank you guys again for all your help!
