      Made 4 trips to try to change signers on business account. Each time we were told to bring back something different. Have each time we did and were told no, need a different paper. Was told we would need an appointment and to call. Have made 7 phone calls and left messages. Six were not returned and the 7th said he would have someone call us to set up appointment. No one called. Lousy customer service. I think we will change banks.

      Every problem I've had ( due to my own fault) was taken care of very quickly. Excellent staff and very friendly. Have been banking with Huntington for close to 30 years.

      Friendly staff, atm is open on so long as they have power though I wish it were better sheltered (both from weather and for privacy), and I have personally had no problems.

      took my grandmother there to get her setup with online banking, while there she flat out said I would like one of those money cards too (debit card) I was shocked but the bank teller wwas able to work with her explaining everything and made it easy for her.

      Went to have a debit card issues as my old one had some fraudulent activity on it. 2 weeks later I call the 800 # since I have received it in the mail. The manager who helped me never put in the request for my card! 😡
