  Our family pawn shop retired after more than for 75 years and the kids recommended American pawnbrokers. I've been a regular customer with Mike his wife Rebecca and daughters now for more than 10 years and it's like family to me I highly recommend them they're wonderful have a great merchandise. I have purchased several TVs, made several loans had expensive jewelry repaired, purchased several items on layaway and much more. They have a wonderful 90. if you are looking for an honest friendly beautiful store with the family atmosphere this is the place to go.

  Worst customer service ever!!! I ordered a gun thru this dealer. Got the email stating that fun was delivered. Called the shop to confirm they told me will give you a call once the gun get processed. Never received a phone call. Called the shop a week later they told me that they left me a message wich I never received. There is more.... Avoid this shop!!

  I went in to sell an item , have not been in a pawn shop in years but the customer service was not great. Felt like I was being judged like I was trying to sell stolen item. The shop down the street was more welcoming. Understandable if they are not taking in an item but customer service is important. 😕

  Erica, Could you help me to understand where I could improve? I thought you were very nice from the time I greeted you until you left. I am unsure how I could have made you feel judged and unwelcome. If we were taking in that item, I would have gladly taken yours as it was new in the box with a receipt with your name on the shipping label. No judgment here and I am sorry that you felt that way.

  I have pawned a few items. Overall I have found their offers fair.. I will do business with them again and would and have recommend them to a friend. This is also a great place to shop for tools. As well as batteries and chargers.

  If I could give this place at zero Stars I would. Very bad business unprofessional and extremely rude. Made inappropriate jokes that made me very uncomfortable. And then had the audacity to pull money out of his register and flash it to me laughing as of he's better then me. I will never go here again you should never go here either. Report has been made to the BBB.

  Mily, You're forgetting to tell what really went on, I wasn't interested in buying your items and you got upset. You then got more upset when you demanded a reason and I told you that I would pass. You told me multiple times that I should kill myself and that you are going to break all my windows. I am supposed to be upset that you will never do business with me? There were two things inappropriate, the way you were dressed and your mouth. Your comment about me not seeing crazy yet has me puzzled. In case you have not heard, your behavior was not normal.

  I went in needing gas money the guys in the ship really nice they offered 40 dollars more than 2 other ships on pacific ave. The service was fast i was in and out in about 20 mins. I will be going back for my tools and i will use them in the future. I would recommend that all my friends do business with them!! Thank u guys!!

  The owner Mike Bowerman has always been more then far to women I’ve been doing business with him since 1991, He was making jewelry and fixing my ring and did an awesome job. I thought he felt bad for me and just bought me a new ring, but no the artist that he is he fixed it which was an heirloom thank you so much Mike you’re awesome. This man came in yesterday yelling that he wasn’t far to woman, wow mike your awesome. He has been helping me and my kids out for ever and goes the extra mile. Thank you Mike AAA++++

  Fair and great customer service. If you are looking for a place to actually get close to resale value and give you a loan on your things. This place wins. I will drive all the way from Seattle just to pawn here.
