  My experience was great, great enter action with employees with awesome customer service. Just think I was going to drop my items at the Goodwill but instead went there and made money in process. A Win Win!! 😁

  I had the most refreshing experience yesterday at the US Pawn on Pacific and 38th. Going in I was expecting to be treated like I was an inconvenience to the staff. I say this because other pawn shops around this area give me that vibe. I rarely post reviews but Nick and Alma deserve it. And yes I did just use their first names. That should tell you everything right there. Other than that expect to see a organized inventory with clearly marked prices. So thank you guys for restoring my faith in your industry.

  This shop was awesome. I have dealt with pawn shops many times over the last 30 years, and this place was far better than most. Especially, with everything going on now during Covid, this place helped me relieve some of my financial woes by giving me a fair price for the items I pawned today. The store is clean and bright. Their selection is great, especially since this is a new shop, the owner said they had been open 6 weeks. I will definitely be returning for future business. Before, I went to this shop, I was searching for a place nearby my house. I hadn't realized there were so many shops in Tacoma. I am really happy this was my first choice and I highly suggest you check it out too. Thanks again!

  Went in to US Pawn today (first time) and was highly impressed by the level of customer service. Knowledgeable and professional at every turn. This shop made me feel super comfortable on the excellent condition GoPro I purchased and has 💯 earned my future business going forward. If you're wondering if your should visit them I'll answer it for you. YES!

  Love this place I stop by at least once a week. Great deals nick and his wife are awesome always ready to give you a good deal. I'm a general contractor so I'm always looking for tools and they got them for a good prices.
