  As a loyal customer I just had to point out and recognize two of your All-Star employees Martin and Victoria .. an owner or manager you get your fair share of negative reviews or complaints not often is a customer impacted by employees where they are driven to communicate this kind of feedback they treat you the way that you'd like to be treated they are the utmost professionals and then we serve you with a smile and at the end of the day the way they do business is greatly appreciated it's why I do my business exclusively here and it's why pawn 1 is the best pawn shop in the area will continue to be a loyal employee but do not under any set of circumstances let these two employees slide out the door they are winners and the best of the best.

  Victoria was amazing. She made our experience a great one. I found a brand new HD Tv in the box with a clear picture. And a brand new keyboard.

  Went to pawn my gold chain and pendant and Martin was as helpful as always, very fair price and a very helpful dude. Ill be back incase of financial emergencies thanks to him.

  Friendly staff and the only place open on a Sunday what!! Great prices on tools and electrics too. Always take good care of items in pawn as well. Never a new scratch or ding when you get them back. Highly recommend.

  Trinity at the Pawn shop did a really good job, Showing me the difference between a real Opal and a fake. And she tested my gold for me.

  I pawned a few things there that I found their price quote questionable but I had no other option. The employees are great! I'm a tool guy and they always have a ton of tools love that!. Sometimes too many and they won't Pawn your tools cuz they have too many of them. Which can be frustrating for some people So make sure you CALL First.!!! Jewelry, Electronics , and other similar things like that are always available. With all that being said they're still my go-to place when I need cash.

  This Pawn Shop is undoubtedly the best Pawn Shop in Pierce county. The pricing is always fair and the service is always amazing. Michael runs a great show and I highly reccomend anyone looking for a high quality Pawn shop to check this place out.

  Just moved to the area and needed a loan so I came here because it has the highest reviews in the area. I was assisted by an employee named Justin I believe and the customer service was awesome. They didn't even attempt to low ball me or haggle me down and make me feel awkward about needing to pawn my belongings in the first place. Instead, they actually gave me $50 more than the initial amount I asked for. They really helped me out and I will definitely be doing my business with them if I need their help again in the future.

  I go to pawn1 at least once a week. The Staff and selection are unbeatable.I put my bikes in here for safe keeping and have never had an issue reclaiming my property.The Store is very cleanand organized and staff is always friendly and willing to help.Thank you
