  Phil was amazing. The most important part of buying a home is having an exceptional lender and realtor (I used Mosaic Real Estate) both who are dedicated and passionate about what they do. Phil is that. This was my first home and it was complicated in the market we are in and doing this on my own, but Phil made it happen! First time home buyer, who is buying on a single income, not from the area, and a lot of student loans, and Phil and his team made this feel seamless. I was so happy to have gotten a recommendation from a friend to use Phil after I had a hard time with a lender my first go around. I recommend Phil.

  April is super knowledgeable about the different products and was about to help me sort them out and pick the loan that was best for me. Her communication is great she's very responsive whenever I had a question. Caliber and April will be first when I'm making referrals.

  Caliber Home loans is one of the best (if not the best) home mortgage lender. Our only wish was that they also did construction loans. Paul Marquart who we dealt with is a professional in ALL aspects of what a professional should be. He UNDERSTANDS what CUSTOMER SERVICE actually means !!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

  I didn't have much credit history or score, to work with, and had been told previously by a different company that they couldn't do a VA loan, that it wasn't possible, (I'm a surviving spouse) but Paul and his team at caliber took the time, put in the work, and got me approved. They answered all my questions, and were always kind and knowledgeable at every step.

  Justeen and her team did a great job of taking care of us. She was always available even if it was a quick late night or weekend text with a question. Which made the whole process awesome! We appreciate her and her teams hard work on helping us purchase our very first home!

  Super easy process especially considering I did very little research on my own before I entered into buying a home.   Christina was very upfront with everything she was working on for us. She kept communication up with every new development or change.
