      I have gone to temple for over 55 years, and quite frankly have never enjoyed services until I went to Am Shalom. Their clergy does an amazing job keeping it interesting while making it a great religious experience. I walk out of every service more enlightened then when I walked through the doors. They have 3 amazing rabbi's and two fantastic cantors. Although my kids are grown, I have nephews that loved their religious school experience, which in my view is highly unusual for kids to like to go to religious school and/or Herbrew school. In my opinion there is no better place to go to temple.

      Beautiful synagogue. Warm and friendly. The Rabbi and cantor were very engaging. They performed a beautiful out door wedding, explaining the how’s and whys of a Jewish wedding. Beautiful!

      Attended the 135th Anniversary celebration of St. Paul's AME Church in Glencoe, held at Am Shalom. Great party, and a visible manifestation of the family spirit embodied in the St. Paul's congregation. This institution is part of the beating heart of the Village of Glencoe. Thanks to Am Shalom for hosting this celebration in their wonderful venue.
