  The EON team is responsive, professional and adept to obtain a good set of options, and advice for the best rate and mortgage company. They provided details, and shared all information, and were available for questions...especially helpful to warn about hidden costs for the many big name companies that try to lure in with falsely low advertised rates. Especially it's great to have a local team whom I can trust! I highly recommend EON team.

  You're reading Yelp or google review to find a Mortgage Broker...you've found your person. Jannie is an exceptional broker and I wouldn't be geting my new home without her. I have a IN loan, which can scary on its own, but Jannie knows how to handle another loans without adding stress to you. It can be stressful with getting a loan but Jannie was very straightforward and honest, which gave me comfort and very little stress. She's very professional, on-time, honest and very reliable. After working with larger banks where I could never talk to the same person twice, it was such a blessing to be able to have a conversation with someone who knows the business and is trying to help you with your questions. I will work with Jannie & Andy again and I highly recommend her for her knowledge and professionalism.

  The service provided by EON Mortgage was way beyond my expectations. The loan application process was smooth, and the team was very responsive and knowledgeable. As far as I know, the closing of my case would take longer if I chose others. EON Mortgage made it within a month. Do not hesitate to contact them if you are expecting a less stressful loan process.

  Jannie from EON Mortgage Group was amazing to work with when I was in search of a home and a condo. Her insights and experience made the whole experience, which is normally excruciating from what I've been told by friends, very straightforward and non-stressful. Jannie assisted me with everything from start to finish: from preparatory paperwork to explaining pros and cons of properties to showings and of course closing. She went above and beyond, explaining each and every step to make sure I was comfortable with every decision- which was crucial to a cautious first time home buyer such as myself. Suffice it to say, I am now a condo owner and the entire plan that Jannie and I came up with was executed perfectly from start to finish. She was absolutely amazing to work with!

  I just closed my condo last Friday. This is my first time to purchase property and didn't know what I was doing. EON helped me with the very hard and important part - the loan process.   We were 1st time home buyer. Jannie not only helped us finance the house also couched us throughout the home-buying process. Her patience and knowledge brought us lots of comfort and confidence. She found us an excellent mortgage rate at the time, and again helped us with refinance when the rate went lower a year later. I would definitely recommend her if you are buying a property.
