  Over many years I've known Pat Cannone, as I'm a Realtor. He used to be our office's in-house mortgage lender, but times changed and he branched out separately. Nevertheless we still recommended him for many of our clients' home purchases, as he is excellent and his company offers very competitive rates. Together with his longtime assistant Elizabeth, Pat is easily available, fast, and delivers on his promises. He finds ways around hurdles. He keeps you informed. A true professional, he stands out along with one or two others from a crowded field of mortgage lenders competing for our business. When we personally wanted to refi, we looked no further. Even during COVID the process was seamless and fast, the rate excellent, and service top notch, very virtual. A phone call, online application, communication by email and text, and a drive-up contact-less closing. Perfect.
