  I’m glad I went with Ryan Richardson with Guaranteed Rates to help with the purchase of my new home. He made the process very easy and here’s a few examples. 1) Responsiveness - Ryan’s response time was great. Every time I had a question, he would answer it within the hour or by end of day (most of the time within the hour). 2) Professionalism - Ryan was very professional when it comes too explaining rates and he never steered you the wrong way. He provided unbiased opinions and never strong armed you with anything. 3) Docusign capabilities - I love the fact that I never had to go to an office to sign papers. Everything was done electronically and you know what, it works out really well. This saves time especially if you love spending time with your family. I would definitely use Ryan again for any future mortgages and refinances.
