  I have worked with Kevin from Bander Mortgage for over 6 years. He worked with me on purchase, and eventual refinance, of a multiunit and the purchase of a condo. Kevin and his associates are professional, prompt, advocates for their clients. They are always ready to offer explanations, to make your decision an educated one. Bander mortgage associates will search for the best interest rate and financial incentives like, first time home buyer, military, medical, minority background, etc. I'ld like to stress that they are your advocate. On my last purchase the level of professionalism that my realtor experienced working with Bander Mortgage motivated her to partner with the company. One perk is the monthly homebot emails that keep me updated on my current property values and equities. I plan on worker with Bander Mortgage in the future.

  Kevin and his team were wonderful to work with and always available anytime my wife and I had a question or didn't understand the process of applying and obtaining a mortgage, even outside of normal business hours. Kevin always took the time to go over everything and make sure we were comfortable throughout the whole home buying process. I would definitely recommend him.

  My wife and I had an amazing experience with Bander Mortgage! Kevin helped us tremendously during each step of the process of securing our first ever home loan. Being first time home owners, there was plenty we didn't understand but Kevin answered every question, simplified all the complex financials and explained everything in great detail when we wanted to know more. Anytime we were sent financial breakdowns, they were accompanied by a personal video and a phone call from Kevin shortly after to make sure we understood everything. If we didn't, he stayed on the phone with us until it made sense. I cannot say enough about the communication you will have with Kevin throughout the process. There was never an important time that Kevin wasn't available. He even provided us general breakdowns for properties we were merely interested in just so we could see what the numbers would look like. He is very professional, highly experienced and knowledgeable and truly a great guy who has your best interest in mind. We would highly recommend Bander Mortgage for all of your mortgage needs!

  Calling Kevin was the best decision we made when looking to purchase a new home! Kevin was incredibly helpful, responsive, and open to any and all questions during the entire mortgage process. He was also more than willing to walk through every single number with us (which was absolutely invaluable as first-time homebuyers). What impressed us the most was how personable Kevin was and how he kept us updated during every step throughout the entire process - we never once felt like we were left in the dark or were second-class clients. Overall, Kevin is a great mortgage broker, a great guy, and far exceeded any expectations we had!

  I would recommend Bander Mortgage to anyone because they were able to handle our “complicated” loan but where they really shine is holding your hand through the process. This was my first house purchase and working with Kevin Bander and his team of professionals was a sincere pleasure. They provided a lot of great resources but the most impressive part of my experience with Bander Mortgage, is that they either answered their phones live on one ring or they called back within three minutes, every single time!! These guys are great!

  Kevin and his team at Bander were exceptional in all aspects of the loan process. Kevin was available at all time throughout to day to answer any questions I may have had, and he worked diligently to find answers to all my questions. Phone calls, texts, or emails, Kevin was always easily accessible. As a first time home owner, he was able to find me the best mortgage rate and explained the entire process in an easy-to-follow format, with many examples, charts, and diagrams. I would receive phone calls as each step in the loan process was completed, as well as updates on future steps and what to expect. My recommendation is to choose Bander Mortgage over anyone else. The individualized attention and care Kevin provides is exceptional and I knew I was in good hands!

  I can’t say enough good things about Kevin! He is so knowledgeable, responsive, easy-going, and incredibly easy to work with and gave us so much insightful guidance from start to finish. I had a lot of anxiety going into the process of buying a home, but Kevin made things so easy and stress-free! Especially useful are his detailed walk-through videos of mortgage and financing scenarios. He also referred us to an outstanding realtor and attorney.
