  At a stressful point my family needed a large amount of money in a small period of time. With hard deadlines and legal factors building up-Dan Conneally and his team of experts saved a family's house heirloom. A few minutes talk of explaining situation and our man Dan already worked out the solution. Giving us solid, firm answers when other lending companies almost couldn't give my family the time of day. Dan also informed me that if we couldn't do business I would know right away. Very pleasant, cordial, knowledgeable, extremely experienced, professional, straight talker. These are just a few qualities that this man possesses to guide you through a system of possible uncertainty. This man didn't just help us out, he guided a family out of real estate and legal peril.   Nine months ago, I was in such an awful state. I was just recovering from being unemployed for almost a year. My credit had taken a nosedive. I had been struggling through my last few semesters of college, working at a non-profit for less than optimum wages to get the experience I needed to get licensed. I was two years behind on my taxes. I needed a new roof, and they were canceling my homeowner’s insurance policy. I was struggling to pay my car note and utility bills. I had maxed out all my credit cards. My student loans and credit made my debt to income impossible to obtain a mortgage. I almost lost my house. Danny took the time to walk me through obtaining a hard money loan. He spent hours on the phone reassuring me that we could save my house and more importantly, my sanity. He was honest from the beginning and told me that the loan he could get me was a Band-Aid but would give me the ability to save my home, build up my credit, and give me some much-needed reprieve from my financial situation. It has now been almost 9 months, and through very hard work, I was able to rebuild my credit and refinance this mortgage into something that I can manage. My life has certainly improved significantly since I first met him, and I offer my gratitude in helping me get back on my feet.

  Fabulous, Fabulous, Fabulous!!! The experience I had with Dan Conneally was nothing short of fabulous! In addition to a cutting edge mortgage professional, Danny is a Florida Real Estate broker. I moved from Michigan to Florida last Fall. Danny sold my house in Michigan and condo in Clearwater. He got them sold faster than I believed possible. He had them sold so fast (and for the price i wanted) that I had to deal with moving much quicker than I planned. I’ll never forget when he called and said “guess what?”....I thought he was calling about a concession the buyer wanted. Turns out he got the contracts signed and the deals closed! After my properties were sold he found me the exact waterfront house I wanted.....AND SAVED ME $30,000 with his ‘outside the box’ thinking. He is the perfect blend of professional and humorous! He made two complicated transactions smooth, seamless and as comfortable as it could be.   Dan is awesome. He is a straight shooter. I called Dan to ask about hard money solutions for a possible rental property. While hard money doesn't seem like it will work for this property Dan was very informative about giving me some other options that may work. Awesome guy.
