  This was my first time buying a home and the Jane Floyd team made it as seamless and informative as possible. The whole team was very proactive about communicating with my real estate agent, title company, new HOA and my new homeowners insurance provider. This whole process was a lot less intimidating because of their help and support. I would definitely recommend them.

  NFM lending is the best! The Jane Floyd team was amazing and ensured the process of buying and selling a home at the same time went smoothly. John Norsworthy is the best! He ensured we had everything we need to process our transactions and Matthew Beard took us all the way to the closing table on both homes and made sure we had everything we need to close on both homes as smooth as possible. Best team.

  If you are house hunting, do yourself a favor and talk to NFM Lending, we are sure glad we did. This is our 3rd home purchase, 4th mortgage process, and in the past, we have experienced knowledgeable but rude lenders, or nice but incompetent ones, or even felt like we were doing most of the work ourselves. NFM team was different… They are knowledgeable, polite, customer oriented and they work fast. We had an aggressive closing date in mind (the seller almost laughed at us), but NFM delivered! We were never bombarded with information, yet we knew exactly where we stand; I wasn’t document hunting for days, was not stressed out, and was pleasantly surprised more than once by Jane and her team. Thank you Jane & team – you are amazing!
