  I recently closed on a refinance of our home with Ken Ynes at NFM Lending Tampa. Ken and Wendy did an outstanding job and heir rates and closing cost was extremely competitive. Also, they were both friendly and professional during the process and it was the least "stressful" loan approval I had ever encountered. I would strongly recommend their service to others.

  Ken was a thorough professional all throughout the process of securing our loan. He always available day and night, quick to respond, and provided necessary details to all our questions.   I have used Ken Ynes several times, both for refinances and purchases. Ken knows the mortgage business better than anyone I have ever met. If Ken says your loan will go through, it will. When you select a closing date with Ken, your loan will close by that date. No surprises. No mortgage delays. I recommend him 100%!
