  Nathan and his team treat you like family, not another sale. They are clear about options, open throughout the process, and extremely knowledgeable. You can be confident that after you relay your goals, they will make it the best situation possible. Great to work with. Great people in general. Returning customer for the 3rd time, not including my other family members.

  Worst company I ever had to get a mortgage from( my builder insisted on them). First it was lengthy process with tones of documentations for them and they get lost and then asking for it again and again. Not very knowledgeable loan processors, couldn't answer some common questions about my loan. Finally we get a loan and they imposed a PMI to our loan. Our down payment was just below the threshold but within a few months we requested to remove the PMI because we were way above the 80/20 ratio in value. Then they asked us to pay either $105 for an expert opinion for the value or $500 for full appraisal (because they didn't accept the appraisal that I got from an appraiser). I chose the $105 option and it has been over two months they still haven't gotten an answer on it. They should be reported to AG and Consumer protection agency. I don't know how they can operate a business like that. But they are very polite on the phone. I have refinanced and got new loans from many companies, never seen one like Loan Depot yet. Try others if you can.

  Nathan is through the roof! Super A+ that is very accommodating. I have refinanced and I never thought it would be so easy. Nathan and his team are very professional, and always kept me informed through the entire process. I really appreciated how he works well with us and even informed my loan status. He does everything he can to make sure we are well taken care of. And my interest rate was even lower than expected!!! I wouldn't trust any other company to find me the best mortgage possible. Nathan always made himself available to me, through phone, email, and in person! Thank you Nathan Sibbet

  My home buying process was great thanks to Dniro at Loan Depot. He made sure that we knew everything we needed to do. He was very informative and professional and made this process very smooth that I would do it all over again. DNiro made sure that he communicated with us every step of the way and things were taken care of and submitted quickly. I would recommend Dniro at Loan Depot to get the pre-approval process going.
