  Arica provided great service today! I come in to usually get money orders. I inquired about a loan. She was very informative about the flex loan.

  Went in today to cash a Western Union money order. To do so, you need a customer profile which requires Social Security Number and a picture for the profile. They told me there’s a fee, probably $12. After I give all my info away, I’m told it will cost me 10% of the check value, which is way more than $12. When I declined, they refused to delete all but my SSN. They stole my personal information and then stared at me like there was something wrong with me. How can you charge 10% to cash a Western Union money order?! What a scam !

  Mr. Brown, so sorry you had this experience. Our fee for cashing any money order is 10%. So sorry you were told the wrong amount. Also, legally we have to keep certain information from a regulatory standpoint. Since we are audited by the State we have to be able to provide a profile if requested. Sorry if this wasn't explained clearly to you. Thank you for the feedback.

  I got to the store at 5:40 today. Ms Angie helped me. She was EXTREMELY PROFESSIONL and made sure I understood EVERYTHING!! She did not look at the time and she did not rush me and I did not leave until 6:30 and the store closed at 6pm!! She went above and beyond her job!! I left with a clear understanding and a smile!!

  Advance Financial store in Red Bank Tn has helped me out so much! Especially with their free bill pay and free money orders! They have wonderful customer service! Everyone there made me feel as though I was a friend and really made me feel comfortable throughout my whole visit! Thank you all for all of your hard work! Keep it up!
