  The only reason you got one star is because that's the only way I could leave a review. You send out a preapproved letter to everyone disguising that somehow you vetted them and they should be able to get a loan.. Yet once you actually run their information its not always approved...So how again is someone "PRE QUALIFIED "?? Then you want all the banking information as well as a card #,then you want some sort of verification from the bank...ALL BEFORE YOU EVEN RUN INFO..You DO NOT need any of that untill the loan is approved, then its understandable..Yall are very shady to say the least..

  The Highway 58 Advanced Financial is the most efficient in the area by far. Nathan, who usually helps me, is a true professional and a major asset to the company. He was training someone last time I went in and all the employees follow his lead. I drive past 3 other store locations so I can deal with Nathan.

  You can't get a statement that shows any information on your account other than your balance on the site, I requested over and over again and again today for an amortization of my account and copies of the loan documents I've yet to receive them , I've been paying over a year and only $300 has come off of the principal in the past year but yet I paid over $360 a month this is highway robbery.

  IT IS TO GET A LOAN WITH THIS COMPANY. HOWEVER DO NOT DO IT. THE RATES ARE CRAZY HIGH. I APPLIED FOR 600 AND SOME ODD DOLLARS AND HAVE PAID WAY WAY OVER THAT AMOUNT, AT LEAST 4X OR MORE. THEY HAVE A VERY CLEVER WAY OF YOU NEVER MAKING ANY PROGRESS ON THE PRINCIPLE, ONLY INTEREST. EVERY TWO WEEKS MONEY IS BEING DEBITED FROM YOUR ACCOUT AND THE LOAN BALANCE REMAINS THE SAME BECAUSE THEY WILL INCREASE YOUR CREDIT LIMIT, THUS INCREASING THE INTEREST, SO YOU MAKE VERY LITTLE IMPACK ON REDUCING THE LOAN BALANCE. SO, MAKE IT A SHORT TERM LOAN THAT YOU CAN PAY OFF IN A MONTH OR LESS.

  Craig was super awesome he was extremely helpful with making sure I had everything I needed to get approved. He had to help me with retrieving some of my information but he was very patient with me. Will definitely come back to this location way to go Craig your customers service skills are amazballs thank you so much sir

  This company stole $200 out of my bank account and I've never heard of them in my life. Just filed a police report!!!!!!

  A friend of mine told me that advance financial money orders were free so I decided to go into the store to get one to pay my rent. Tychina helped me and she was very nice. She also helped me fill out my money order. I had a great experience and will return.

  I was in a bind and needed some cash to get me through the week until I got paid. I spent the whole day trying to figure out what I was going to do. I got home from work around 7:30, and remembered Advance Financial is open 24/7. And thank God they are. Because if their hours of operation were like other cash advance lenders, I would still be in a bind. If my only option had been to borrow from any other lender, I wouldn't have gotten the cash I needed on the spot. My work schedule coincides with the hours of other financial establishments, and with Advance Financial staying open 24/7, I was so relieved to know I could go to any location at my convenience. After a very long day at work, and stressing all day about needing some quick cash, it felt good to know I could go on my own time, and not worry about trying to make it to a location before they closed. Let's face it, we all kinda dread having to deal with the process of getting any type of loan. I was able to come home, settle down from work, and have dinner with my family. I decided to go to the Hixson Pike location around 9:00 P.M. I walked in the office not knowing the kind of customer service I would receive (because let's face it, some people should not be working with the public), and I was blessed to have the best encounter with an amazing customer service representative during a time of desperation. She even helped me print my bank information. During a stressful time, it was refreshing to have a customer service representative with such astounding professionalism, and remarkable patience that Kesha showed throughout the entire process. She made it seem really easy, and as we worked through the process, I could feel the stress and anxiety dissipate tremendously. Not only did she show compassion and empathy with my situation, she also showed kindness and understanding. Kesha is someone you would WANT assisting you when dealing with a situation you don't normally find yourself in. I was blessed to have Kesha working the night I needed someone to go above and beyond. Her personable nature, and bubbly personality is someone you would hope to encounter when you're already stressed to the max, and on the verge of tears. Thank you Kesha, for the wonderful customer service you provided me, and for being such an amazing person, and a great customer service representative. You're awesome! And a big thanks to Advance Financial for being open 24/7! Y'all rock!
