  Thoroughly pleased with our survey which was completed last week by C&M Land Surveying, LLC in Chattanooga. We live out of state and needed an update survey on land we own in Hamilton County. Mike and Dustin took our job and exceeded our expectation. Mike was very professional in his communication and kept us "in the loop" on Dustin's field work and any possible problems we might need to address. They completed the work ahead of schedule. We are so thankful for their quality work in completing our job.

  I don't believe I have had such a great experience with any business in any capacity regardless of service. We needed a property line survey for fence installation due to an existing neighboring home fairly close to the property line. From the first call with Mike regarding the estimate for the project to the point I received the finished survey, I was always kept apprised of every step and encouraged to ask any questions. Dustin, who performed the fieldwork, was also professional and informative explaining the process on his end. I just can't say enough good things about C&M Landy Surveying. I wish more businesses conducted themselves in such a customer focused manner. Thanks Mike and Dustin!

  Mike from the start was very professional and his commitments and results are spot on. I've had multiple surveys done over many years and can quite honestly say that working with Mike and Dustin exceeded my expectations by a large volume. From beginning to end, they kept in constant communication with me and kept me informed of all details of my survey. This survey was to establish four corners for a fence we are having installed. Dustin went the extra mile to ensure there would be no questions as to where we needed to have the fence placement. For whatever you may need a survey, team up with Mike and his crew. No doubt, you will be pleased with their work.

  Being that this was my first foray into the world of surveying, I found it disconcerting that many of the other companies that I contacted were on a spectrum of irritable and curmudgeonly to downright non-responsive. Not so with C&M. Both Mike and Dustin were exemplars of professionalism, educating and then guiding my wife and I through the difficult task of re-surveying an old lot, and plating a portion of said lot to make way for a new address. Though my aversion to the fickle entitlement of our 5 or 1-star, "love it or hate it" culture means I very rarely leave reviews, I would proudly endorse C&M as a surveyor worthy of consideration, if they aren't yet your consistent surveyor of choice.

  My wife and I recently moved to Ooltewah, TN. We choose our home for the wide-open yard with the intent on fencing the property for our pets / family needs. After attempting to locate boundary markers on our own, we called several local surveyors for timing and quotes. Mike at C&M Landscaping was extremely prompt in getting back us with a fair and reasonable price for the survey. Mike and his team exceeded their time estimates and provided exceptional service throughout the entire process. Dustin completed the field work in a prompt and professional manner and took extra time to answer questions and provide additional information to us about the boundary lines and how locating and staking is completed. Out of the 6 surveyors we called, C&M was the only one to get back to us within 24 hours, while some of the others took nearly 3 weeks for a call back and provided quotes that were much higher than C&M. I would recommend C&M Land Surveying to anyone who needs their services and plan on making C&M my surveyor of choice for all my future needs.

  We needed a boundary survey before we put in a new fence at our property and were very happy with C&M. Mike and Dustin were very responsive and were able to do our survey sooner than expected, which was awesome. I would definitely recommend them.

  I was having an issue with the contractor building homes in my neighborhood regarding my property line and needed a land surveyor to help me determine exactly what my property lines were. Spoke with the owner of C&M about my issue and he was very helpful before I even made my decision of who I was going to use for my property line survey. They were able to get to my house within a few days. The surveyor who marked my property lines was very professional and went above and beyond in my opinion because he took the time and found the original markers for the corners to my lot, a couple of which were underneath my sod, as well as doing a good job marking my property lines. I would use C&M again if I ever needed another land survey performed and I would recommend them to anyone else who needed one performed as well.

  Mike was very thorough in explaining the process of surveying my property and kept me updated as to when I would fit into the schedule. Dustin was also terrific - very professional as he walked me around the boundary lines. I highly recommend C&M!

  What a terrific company to deal with. Interacted with both Mike at office and Dustin at our property. Extremely professional, polite, efficient, and provided an excellent survey . Enabled us to settle any dispute with neighbour and now have an updated certificate as last one was apparently done 50 years ago. Seem more like friends than somebody simply hired to do a job. I could not be more thankful for choosing them to do the survey.

  Just moved to Chattanooga and needed a survey before we put in a pool and moved a fence. Mike and his team under promised and over delivered! They were fantastic! He knew we wanted to get things rolling and found a way to get us on the schedule. Very professional and responsive to our needs. He actually answers his phone and follows up with his customers..WOW! Dustin did the field work and was so professional, respectful and patient with all the questions we had and all the neighbors who asked him questions as well.
