  I was in there earlier today and there was an issue loading my NetSpend card. The ladies took the time to figure out the problem whereas most people probably would have given up and told me to go somewhere else. They went through every possible scenario of what it could be and figured it out and got me on my way pretty fast. Will definitely be back. Thank you Nicole. I'm sorry but I didn't catch the other lady's name. You two definitely know what customer service is all about. 10/10 recommend.

  Customer Service Clerk Selena is always professional and polite no matter when you enter this location. She is always smiling and willing to have a friendly conversation as she proceeds to process your request. I have even seen her train other individuals in the past and the patience she gives them as well. Good customer service associates is hard to come by to help the public. She is definitely an asset to your business. Selena keep up the awesome customer service skills and keep passing it on . Your Great!!! And thanks for all you do ! You are definitely the I in Kind!!!   Clerk Selena is always open and polite when speaking to customers. She is always showing professional attention to anyone who enters her store. I would not go anywhere else to do my business! Love her professionalize! Please have her train all coworkers even at your sister centers!

  I like the atmosphere and the customer service is outstanding I am always greeted with a friendly smile. Customer reps Nicole and Nabira always give me a good laugh every time i visit branch 231 on Dunn ave. I’ve been a regular customer at this branch for the past 5yrs and they are the main reason why I’ve only use this branch for the past 5yrs.
