  Erica wade was super confident and helpful. She gave me a since of hope is this confusing process. This is a company you hire so there is a fee but she found me an amount i could pay today to get started. I feel like this is a solid choice to get back on track with my credit and student loans. There is a research period so I feel like they’ll really find me the best options and not just collect what they can when they can.

  Found Money Solver on the internet. We had a serious IRS situation that needed attention. Long story short, we paid our fee over several months and our case was assigned to Joetta Buell. Could not have been assigned to a better person for us to work with. It took 2 years and the Covid Virus situation delays to make it happen but she did and we are so very thankful. Her knowledge, experience and contacts with IRS proved invaluable. Joetta kept us informed as we worked through the process. I give Money Solver and especially Joetta the maximum rating and recommend them highly.

  I had a great experience with Money Solver working with Siedah Lake, she is very knowledgeable of Taxes and how the service can help you. She also answered all of my concerns to my satification. I also appreciate how Siedah kept me up to date on how my case was progressing and the different conversations they were having with the IRS. I will recommend this service to my family and friends.   My wife and I paid $5,500 for there service. In the end we could have done as much or more on our own. When it came to them actually having to work for the fee they turned to berating my wife. When I called for clarification I was directed to voice mail and as anyone could guess, no one returns a phone call. My suggestion find another company or a tax attorney it will probably be cheaper with better results

  I was skeptical at first, you can’t be too careful, but I followed my first mind. I had a tax issue that I didn’t know how to solve. I contacted Tax Defense and after my initial application with them they connected me with MoneySolver. Absolutely satisfied with the outcome. The entire team was wonderful.   I trusted these ppl to help me with my school loans. I was beong charged twice a month for a few months. I was told that all my paperwork was being processed. Come to find out that my paper work wasnt being processed at all. After 3 or 4 months of them charging me.on top of it they are still trying to withdraw money from my account after i told then i no longer wish to use them and would like a refund of the money they took from me and nothing!! Bad service total scam...

  Worst ever! Paid $1700 to have nothing done to assist with our debt to the IRS! After talking to their screener who told us” they definitely could help” my wife did all the work and could have set up the payment plan directly with the IRS and saved ourselves $1700!!! Avoid them! Not worth the heartache and frustration!

  Scam company, dont trust or believe anything they say. All they care about is getting their money. They will call you every hour on the hour, honestly, just deal directly with the US Department of Education themselves. You don't need to pay any other company, since this company is even more harassing and annoying then the dept of ed to begin with. Even if you have unforeseen events happen in your life, this company will only lie and say they understand and they are working with you. One hour later they will just call right back. Even if you've paid them, they still keep calling.

  I worked with this company to resolve my tax debt issues and the young lady that was assigned to my case (Tomika Singleton) did a fantastic job of keeping me in the loop about all of my options.
