  Did a great job with our fence. Good customer service - was flexible with scheduling to accommodate our timing with getting our pool CO. Kent was very easy to communicate with - and made himself available to address some of the issues with the initial install. Professional crew and good looking result. Thanks !

  Just had my new fence installed and am so pleased with the results. The work crew were professional and friendly with prioritization on a superior installation.   My neighbor has been putting up his own fence for a week now, working hard out there. While yes he is saving a good bit of money.. the heck with that. Save yourself the time and headache and call Superior fence. Great product and workmanship. Salesman Jim was very helpful coming out on Saturdays to do estimates and quotes and was not pushy. Nick and his crew did a great job working hard and swiftly in 90 degree weather while still maintaining good workmanship. They finished the job in a half day. Recommend​ Superior for your next fencing project.

  I had my fence installed yesterday. The window was between 8/8:30. Ernest and his team arrived at my residence at 7:45. I am completely in love with my fence. They were professional and courteous and answered all questions. Prior to everything, Renee coordinated and stayed on top of everything with our HOA. She kept in contact with my husband and I about everything. This team was amazing. I would recommend them to any and everyone. You won’t be disappointed.

  We had a wonderful experience using Superior Fence and rail. The team (Brendan, Kevin, Bubba and Josh L) showed up before the start time, walked me through the process of the day and got straight to work. They worked efficiently and finished up our fence in ONE DAY....not only did they do a fast job, but the quality was excellent. They helped reinforce and fix things so the fence is sturdier than ever. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great fence service in Jacksonville.

  Savannah does a great job processing our orders! Way better than the wholesaler we purchased from previously. She is friendly and easy to work with, even lets us send text messages of our order in! Bobby, the Production manager must run a tight ship because we have yet to have even the smallest issue from a quality standpoint on any of our orders. And the manager, Kent, is always willing to work with us even when we give very short notice. Thanks Superior!!!

  Superior Fence & Rail did a great job installing my new fence. They were professional and punctual. The fence is very well built. You can certainly find a cheaper fence elsewhere but Superior Fence & Raul will build you a quality fence that is built to last.

  Just got my board on board fence installed a couple days ago and it looks amazing! The crew of Jarrett, Kevin, Edner and Don did an excellent job with the installation. They constantly asked for my opinion and even made a suggestion to make the back end lo the fence cover the gap from the uneven yard. I highly recommend Superior Fence and Rail for any fencing job. Also Renee at the office was very helpful in boosting up our appointment 3 weeks early.

  Ernest and his team did a great job installing our fence. The whole team was friendly and professional. They were on time and did the initial walk through explaining the process. They went above and beyond my initial layout with details to better secure my dogs. I have an uneven lawn so they provided a way for me to close the gap between the ground and the bottom of the fence while still keeping the top of the fence even all the way around. Earnest and his team provided a great service and experience.

  First rate, professional employees exceeded expectations during installation of wooden privacy fence which carries a 15 year warranty !! I could not have been more pleased when Brendan, Jason, and Ryan H. arrived on time, in a service vehicle with uniforms adorned with the business name, SUPERIOR FENCE AND RAIL, inc. Brendan took the lead role and explained thoroughly what would take place during the installation. Brendan confirmed the location of the fence, and noted irrigation and cable lines were well out of the way. I cannot recall a time when work was accomplished perfectly, thoroughly, without incident and completely cleaned up work space after the fact. There was no kidding around, these 3 guys ( Brendan, Jason and Ryan H.) came to work which is what I appreciate ! Afterwards , once work was completed, the warranty was explained and a copy given to me as well as making sure I was completely satisfied with every aspect of the job. It was a first rate experience and they have our future business and we will not hesitate to recommend them for all types of fencing !! Truly a pleasure to do business with this first rate company, and first rate employees.
