  Store #640 has the best service and staff of any location I've ever been to. They're polite, they're helpful, and always help me when I'm in a tight spot with unexpected expenses. Brian is a stand up guy and always a pleasure to deal with.

  The staff here is outstanding. Last month I was in the hospital and couldn't get back to pay my loan. The rep took care of everything and I had no worry's. When I returned,the staff were sincerely concerned about why I was not there as I am on a regular basis.

  Finally a place w/exceptional customer service! The other day I went to Advance America for my first loan, I had so many questions and Chelsi patiently answered them all. I was in and out in less that 30 minutes!

  Be careful when dealing with advance america. I made a partial payment and on the day I was supposed to go in and make the payment. They ran the full amount through my account and they didn't give me my 200 Dollars in change. Even the Advance America phone service is trying to help me resolve this matter.
